After 15 minutes I inquired again and I was told she just went into a room (Patient). Which is it? just finishing up or just starting? I left afer 35 minutes. No receptionist present. the office clerk, who claimed she was the managing partner of the business ( not of her office) left me an offensive and incorrect message about missing several appointments. WHAT? Brittany seemed like a respectful and kind person. The treament I wecieved was new to me. She recommended I return in 2 weeks to evaluate the treatment. Brittany I hope you find a new place to practice. The people you work with are not nearly the professional that you are.

On multiple occasions I've felt this practice had let me down. While living in Fayetteville, I'd go…read morethere with multiple issues I'd like to talk to Dr sturcken about and I'd be told I'd need to schedule another apt to discuss more than one issue at a time. This was really disheartening. On another occasion I visited the office for an apt and needed blood work. After the visit with Dr Sturcken, I was talking with the lady taking blood and mentioned an issue I thought I may have and asked if they were taking blood for my thyroid as well. She said no but she could easily add it. Dr. Sturcken literally got frustrated and stated, "I already put your charts away," and was upset that she now needed to get them back out and add that. The latest upset is due to me moving out of state. A prescription I have is ending soon and I don't have a dr apt here for three months. Mind you, it took me a year to find a new dr, so I understand the inability to see me to renew more prescriptions. I was just hopeful she could refill it for a couple more months. She said no, so I asked if I should cut them in half to hold me over and she said she can't offer advice on that. I guess just overall, I've had multiple negative experiences with Dr. Sturcken.

Old building. New provider. Took my 75 yo father here about…read morea week ago. Told me ahead of time they were still waiting to be put on our insurance co's provider list, but said we could self-pay. Thirty minutes and $80'ish later, we were walking back out the door after having seen the provider. Didn't feel rushed through like cattle and Dad was feeling much better the following day due to the RX provided. Only issue was one of the RX given the ins didn't want to cover. I prob could have called the office back and asked for an alternative, but instead just got a partial fill. So 4.5 stars, and that rounds to 5. Just please, for the love of all, keep enough providers and staff on hand to ensure your wait time stays reasonable. Area doesn't need another shoddy and understaffed urgent care!

I wasn't sure if she was calling out for me to come back but she stood behind the door and called my name mispronounced it and gave me hella attitude when I came up asking if it was me or not her response was "your the only one sitting out there" but she never came around the corner or nothing. She put up an argument and didn't apologize. It wasn't the point of mispronouncing the name it was the way she went about it, very unprofessional. She honestly doesn't need to be working there as a nurse and dealing with people who don't feel well. We are a military family and it was just a terrible encounter. Her Name is Gabriella (Gabby)

I've been to several primary care places and I wasn't impressed with the lack of patient/doctor…read morerelationship. I felt like I was always a number. This office is nothing like that. I see Dr. Batton as she is by far the best doctor I've ever been too. The offices are pristine. Always clean. The wait time is 5-10 tops. I really enjoy how they have the doctors waiting rooms split up into pods. It's more efficient and helps the process move quickly. One of my favorite things about the office is they have a lab on site that contracts with most insurance so your lab work is extremely affordable with no hidden fees. Overall awesome facility and one stop shop for your healthcare needs!

Four months on from my wellness visit I am being hounded by labcorp for payment due to an original…read moremiscoding when ordering lab work for me. They didn't code the visit as a wellness visit and coded as a meet and greet with a new doctor. This was despite me not requesting a change of primary care provider. The change was only necessary because the provider left McLeod. After I got bills from McLeod , I contacted them and they eventually corrected their own bill but they are refusing to contact labcorp with updated coding so that labcorp can correct their bill. I have spent too many hours of my time on the phone with blue cross and with labcorp and they both tell my it has to be the provider who initially ordered the blood draws that has to contact them in order for this to be corrected.
