ITS THE LACK OF PERSONNEL PRINCIPAL & JUST BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!…read more Called to request septic services but the first thing is they us a Eufaula Oklahoma address but their trucks are actually out of Owassa up by Tulsa but tried local services and all were either booked for a week in advance would not travel that far or permanently closed but their business and contact info still online as active. So called spoke with MILTY'S Septic Service and stated there was snow/sleet storm moving so they put us down for the next day(offered $400-$450 to make it worth the drive)and was not sure they would make it. Well they were correct and the storm came. So for 5 days we had to find ways of not using water flushing toilets washing dishes the only thing we could do was laundry. So Sunday not to early not to late message to see if they were going to come over because before the storm they stated they had only 2 septic tank cleaning appointments so thought ok message Sunday make sure they get us first thing. Well apparently it does not work that way. MILTY'S NEVER responded to text message until today and they stated they could not get us until Thursday and it's Monday. I'm 100% disabled veteran and my spouse 23 yrs 82nd Airborne infantry Jump Master who is working second federal civilian Retireement at 12 hour shifts can take a lot just like in war nothing is guaranteed but to do such bad business when people put on review apps a 5 star then get this I'm very disappointed and hate giving bad reviews but to set up appointments then storm STOPS travel is totally understandable they cannot control the weather but to be put as next client on list to be told another 4 days is EXACTLY 9 days with a full septic tank. So unless you live by their ACTUAL business area of Tulsa with trucks do not request service appointment. It will be on their time table NOT YOURS EVEN IN EMERGENCIES! Finally they did not even message back to say sorry but will get you first thing when snow and sleet dissipate. It's the PRINCIPAL of giving good service!

The two guys that came to my home, I believe the Lead was Cody. They were both so kind,…read moreknowledgable, and worked hard to help me with my drain. They had to do more than initially thought and gave me a discount, because of that. We had a mess here and they helped fix more than required and clean up the mess. I recommend this team for any plumbing fixes. So nice!

This review is to warn others about Drain Masters practices, poor owner/mngt communication and lack…read moreof training their technician to trouble shoot a non issue yet because of poor training and lack of understanding simple operating procedures drain masters made it into one and were going to charge me 1100 dollars for a perfectly good working control unit on my septic tank. Called drain masters to pump all 3 of my tanks. That went well. While doing so the red alarm light came on and remained on. Ok so far. It was discovered that I had a bad float. They came back out and replaced the floats. Still everything is ok except the red alarm light was still on. This is where the bottom fell out. The technician then tried to trouble shoot it by opening the control box and trying to figure out the problem. Had he been trained correctly he would have known the #2 tank water level was below the pipe. Once water fills up over the bottom of the pipe the suction turns the light out which was demonstrated to me by the good folks that installed my septic tank by unscrewing the pipe in tank 2 and putting his hand over the pipe to stop the air from getting in. When he did that the red light went out and all is good. The control box was in perfect working order yet because of the lack of this simple knowledge they wanted to replace the box which still would not have fixed the alarm light until the water rose. Had my contractor not noticed the red light and come over to talk to me I would have been out another 1100 dollars. This lack of knowledge from a company that has been in business as long as drain masters has is completely unacceptable and down right criminal. In conclusion after a couple of days when the water rose the red alarm light did extinguish. I am absolutely dumb founded by this lack of knowledge and to think they had the audacity to try to replace a perfectly good working control box out of ignorance!
