Or you could sign up for their yearly membership and automatically get cheaper rates, however you are locked in for a year. The facility is very clean and simple, with dimmed lighting and soothing music playing. The beds are comfy and you can easily find yourself dozing off during your massage. The process is simple, a health assessment, and then the massage. However, they went above and beyond and offered stretches to assist with specific tight areas the masseuse noticed. The masseuses are RMT's and are excellent, very professional, and quite knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, relaxing and very clean. I believe that it was recently opened, but it was very zen and made my partner and I both quite comfortable. There is all this talk about being pressured into signing up for a membership - but my partner and I did not experience this at all. We were offered to sign up, but were not pressured. There is a $20 savings per appointment for a standard 1 hr massage if you have the membership, I believe. However, you are welcome to continue going there and just paying the 'non-member price'. Overall, a fantastic experience, we will be back for sure!

I found a therapist I really liked and began booking monthly appointments. At first, everything was great -- I preferred Fridays, but when their schedule changed, I adjusted and started booking Thursdays instead. I would even book two to three months in advance to ensure consistency. Unfortunately, the clinic repeatedly began calling to cancel or reschedule my appointments because the therapist was either unavailable or no longer working those days. This has now become a regular occurrence, which is extremely frustrating. If therapists are frequently unavailable, it raises the question of why clients are encouraged to book so far in advance in the first place, especially when those appointments are not being honored. Most recently, I booked at another location just to get in this week for shoulder pain, and once again, my appointment was cancelled the same day with an offer to reschedule. At this point, my patience is wearing thin. I completely understand that occasional cancellations happen, but when it becomes a pattern, it reflects poorly on the business and creates a very inconsistent experience for clients. Clients should be able to rely on appointments being available at times that work for them, rather than constantly having to rearrange their schedules due to repeated changes by the clinic or therapist. Reliability and consistency are important in any professional service, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Because of this, I'm now considering finding a new massage clinic altogether.

It turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had in Canada. I was charged for the full time I had booked the therapy; however, was let go after the half time. Did not get compensated for the lost time. In return I was told I was late filling the registration and the billing administration took time. Please can someone clarify if the administration time is included in the therapy time? I DON'T THINK SO these people understand providing a professional service. They are very UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL and MONEY MINDED. Never would I recommend such services to any of my friends or family. Please avoid this place or get treated un-professionally :( :( :(

When I returned to get the results I was then charged another $85 for a 30 minute follow up that took 10 minutes. I was not told I would have to pay again and was under the impression the cost would be covered in the initial $95, considering I was just read the results of the test I already paid for. When I said something about this I was then told I had coverage and that my $1000 a year to cover everything (dental, prescriptions, etc.) was fairly good coverage.

The clinic management, however, is completely unacceptable. There was no hot water for two weeks, which meant no hot towels something that is a bare minimum expectation for any massage clinic. Operating like this shows a serious lack of accountability and basic standards. It's frustrating to see a skilled therapist working in an environment that's so poorly managed. Clients are paying for a professional experience, and the clinic is failing to deliver on even the most basic level. Management needs to get it together. After posting this review, I received an email from management that was extremely aggressive and rude. Businesses often ask customers to leave reviews, but when honest feedback is shared, some responses include threats instead of accountability.
