Bring all the family vehicles here for tires, brakes, oil change, etc. Not one complaint in over 10 years. The service, pricing, and customer service is always great. We've had European, Japanese, and domestics. They work on all of them, and if there is something specialized (ie specific luxury german car programming or recalls) they just give me the honest advice and advise what to do as opposed to trying to make a quick buck off me. They're a great shop to drop in, get things done on time, and then be on your way. Most importantly for a mechanic they explain things well, no nasty surprises, and the pricing is very fair and transparent. You can see from my first image that I paid $2000 for a series of services that he recommended. I recently brought my car back because I noticed something was dripping underneath the car. He said it may be the transmission and that he would charge $120 to assess it (see second image). His assessment was that he may need to reseal it and the cost is $2175 or if he needs to rebuild it then it will cost $3395! We felt something was not right so we took it a dealership and their mechanic said that we only needed an $8 cap to fix the issues; which it did. We went back to this shop and asked him for our assessment money and he said that he hadn't actually assessed it and that he had used another transmission shop and once he gets the money back from that shop he would refund us. We did not give him our consent to use another company. We have spent so much money with him, we feel swindled, and will no longer be using his services.
