I sent her screenshots of our texts to prove it. She indicated that due to a clerical error, unfortunately she was fully booked and couldn't accommodate me, even suggesting I contact other landscapers, which I already had done 2 months ago. Instead of securing business, she discourages it. Terrible customer service. I will actually discourage anyone I know to hire them. This error is through no fault of mine and now I have an overgrown garden, which may have to wait until next year, as most landscapers are now busy. I understand that mistakes are made but in addition to my frustration and disappointment, my problem is with her impatient rushed attitude. The message is that there are more important clients than I, who must receive attention. If you're in the service industry, every customer must be treated as important and valuable

These plants are known to keep the air clean and are easy to care for - two absolute wins in my book. I was able to not only find a plant to take home, but also a trendy planter that matched my new bedroom decor. The best part was that an employee was kind enough to offer to pot it for us. There was a small fee for this (under $10), but it was worth it because I am not the most educated when it comes to that kind of thing. The employee was also very transparent with us when we asked if she could ensure the plant was in a healthy state, it was :). Happy to report my plant is alive and thriving!
