I needed a pair of safety-toe shoes for my line of work & was excited to see that they had a very decent selection to chose from. I was also impressed with the fact that they had larger sizes stocked, that are rare to find/come by in almost all of their women's shoes (I'm a size 11). Best customer service experience! The lady was super helpful & polite, was great about answering questions and also was not 'pushy' or in-your-face (as I had experienced at the other couple of prior shoe stores on my hunt). Much bigger selection than the Laconia location as well. I'll be sure to return the next time I need footwear!

If I could wear them everyday I would but my job demands heavy boots. I would shop there for any shoe I need if I was local. Staff is wonderful and the owners, while a bit intrusive in wanting to meet everyone who walks in are annoying, they mean well and it speaks to how passionate they are. Def would come back. I googled shoe stores upon arrival to the hotel and found this gem! I will start by saying I entered the store fully knowing they closed in 30 minutes. I was welcomed like I was family. I never once felt rushed. The salesperson started a conversation with me and I informed him of needing some dressier shoes for the reasons listed above. He immediately suggested something in the clearance section seeing I needed a quick solution. I thought this was really considerate. He could've easily tried to take advantage of a situation. I ended up trying something regularly priced because I liked the brand and they looked comfortable. And they were. I bought them and am very happy with my purchase. I'll be back in the area in a few weeks. I intend to stop in again.
