I bought a Cub Cadet for $6,300. They delivered it at 7:30 pm. The next day the decking fell off in less then 5 minutes of use. They picked it up to repair it, n returned it in worse shape then when they picked it up. They came back n picked it up again. I told them I wanted my money back. They refused !!! They then wanted me to pay them $300 to deliver a new mower. I refused because they said they had free delivery. Plus if they sold me a lawn mower that didn't fall apart the very first 5 minutes of using it, they would of only had to come to my home ONCE. They sold my broken mower to someone named Billy Hill. I'm sure they didn't tell him there were problems with the mower. Even though they sold my mower, they still won't refund my money. This is the most shady company I have ever dealt with. Buyer Beware !!! read more

Hard working, family owned business. Would give the shirts off their backs to help people. Truly care about their customers and will make things right if need be. They delivered a lawn mower to Indiana for my husband and I who recently moved from NC. One of the owners can be a little "rough around the edges" but has a good heart and willing to make house calls to fix and help farmer equipment. read more

I gave the part number and was told the minimum charge was $75 per hour even though it may not take an hour. I understand that and said that would be fine. I was told with the COVID stuff going on it may take some time to receive the part so I ordered the part and sure enough it took a while. 3 weeks ago I took the mower and part in to be repaired. Today I was told it would take 5 to 6 hours to do the work at $80.00 per hour. When I questioned I was told that I must not trust them and should just pick up my mower. Cody Homestead told me to leave the store. Cody told Bobby to charge me a half hour $37.50(For which I ask for a complete reason for the charge. I was not told of a just look at charge. I was quoted a fix charge)... Seems they would make more if they fixed it and tried to satisfy a customer that has spent thousands in the past with them.... I'll update next week after I pick it up.
