I am giving this 3 stars only because the initial consultant we saw was very professional and…read moreseemed very competent. Unfortunately she had a family emergency and had to take a leave from work. A week after our appointment with her, my husband sent an email asking for an update. Paula got right back to him saying everything would be set by Monday or Tuesday. Two weeks go by and he realized he hadn't heard anything . He emails her again and was then contacted by a Steven telling him Paula was away and that everything would be all set by the next Monday or Tuesday( week 4 ). My husband being the patient soul he is goes in that Tuesday only to discover nothing had been done with our file. He called management who tried to pass him off to another manager at which point he lost all confidence that anyone was taking ownership of this. We understand that this is a crazy time and that unforeseen things happen. That's why we went early. If there had been someone willing to take ownership and just get the job done instead of turfing us off and making excuses we probably would have stuck it out.
