They are completely incompetent and lazy. I ordered some jackets online for my family, in several sizes to try. Kept 4, returned 6. They processed the refund at three different prices - for the same jacket in different sizes. When I pointed out their error I just got a "we refunded this correctly" email. I'm now 12 emails in to this conversation and they're still doubling down. No attempt to explain why they're applied 3 different prices to the same jacket. No attempt to explain why the difference between my original payment and the refund is more than the cost of the 4 jackets I've kept. Just insulting "I've looked into this..." emails when they clearly haven't looked into it and can't be bothered. Lazy, rude and incompetent. It's terrible that their shop staff are being undermined by head office like this.

Store is absolutley massive and has a large range of goods. Has some great offers on coats and tents, which is ideal for family holidays as we love to go camping. I would recommend visiting here if your looking at buying tents or anything to do with the outdoors. Staff can be a bit useless but where dont you get that.

Impressive caravan, campervan and camping store…read more In the area for a wedding, we were going camping afterwards and we still needed a groundsheet. I googled it and found Jacksons Of Old Arley. My partner was getting a bit worried as we weaved our way through some West Midlands countryside. "Are you sure its this way?" he asks. "Um, yes" I answer sheepishly. We turn a corner and there it is. "Phew" I think to myself. The place is massive. Outside there is a caravan and campervan dealership, I assume is the same people run this business too. Inside the Jacksons warehouse it seems to house everything you could possibly need for the caravan, campervan or camping holiday. Ground sheet sourced, I then find the clothing section and find myself some good bargains. There was sale discounts on lots of great items. They kindly let me use their facilities too, which was welcome :-o Recommended.

We went on a wet and muddy day which personally I think added to the fun. We were guided, advised and regularly unstuck by the wonderful and attentive staff. We were provided with freshly cleaned overalls, a helmet and gloves. Absolutely great fun. I would strongly recommend for teenagers and older and groups of friends looking to get muddy and have a thrilling time. Bring spare raggy clothes to wear as even with overalls the mud and water will soak through.

Obviously I was pretty annoyed, it had cost me £30 in fuel and taken three hours out of my weekend and a wasted trip. I emailed them to see if they would be prepared to send me the items I wanted without a delivery charge, or maybe just explain what went wrong. It's five days later now and I have been completely ignored, they couldn't even bring themselves to apologise. I am even more annoyed now. I could have been a regular customer of theirs, but I have found a more reliable shop now.
