A TON of clothes can fit even in the smallest one, so if you're just one or two people who do laundry every couple of weeks and divide your clothes by color then probably use the smallest one. They have two change machines there which I've only had a problem with once - I put a $20 in and it only gave me $10 back. I have been cautious ever since and have used smaller denominations but it's never happened again. It's super clean, and a lot of space. The neighborhood is fine, I have never checked out the restaurant the other review mentioned but I will next time I go! Drying clothes is super cheap - 25 cents / 7 minutes, and on the high setting my clothes usually take 28 minutes - and that's all the clothes from the 2-3 small/medium loads that i usually do! Sometimes if a lot of towels it will take another 7 minutes. So all in all, not that bad!! The middle aged white guy and the young Hispanic guy who work there and sit behind the glass are really nice and helpful too.

The reason for the positive review is that they were proactive in response, resolution and professionalism. I do not judge a business or person on their mistakes, rather their response. The turn around time was pretty quick actually, at about 2 or 3 days so no complaints there. I returned to pick up my clothing and brought it home. Upon removing the plastic from the pants, there everything was pressed and clean. I then removed the plastic from the shirts. This is where the issues started. 5 of the shirts were actually clean. The other 5 suffered from a small stain still on the sleeve of one shirt, a tremendous amount of hair on another shirt (not mine) and stains on the collar of 4 of the shirts. I couldn't believe that they only are batting about .500 on shirts. I couple of days passed until I was able to return to the PC Cleaners. A man (owner?) welcomed me just before I expressed to him what had happened. I pointed out the stains and the hair. His reply was "for $2, we just put it through the wash." He didn't apologize. He didn't offer me a refund on the shirts. My biggest problem is that this business doesn't take pride in what they do. They don't CLEAN. They put your clothes through a "cleaning process". If your clothes are cleaned by this process, great. If your clothes get hair from a stranger's batch of clothing int he same wash or your clothes aren't cleaned sufficiently, tough. A business that has no pride in the service they provide is a business that you can't trust. 0 stars if possible. A cleaning service that doesn't clean.... ridiculous.
