If I could put zero stars, I would…read more We recently moved into a new construction home, and we spent MONTHS cultivating our lawn. Bay Country Landscaping started us off with some poorly planted grass seed, shoddy hay, and endless rocks. We had to go through the lawn and literally pull out multiple 5 gallon size buckets of rocks because they made no attempt to level our yard and get rid of the stones. We spent a lot of time and money, and replanted the grass seed, fertilized the property, and watered almost non-stop. We got the lawn to eventually look good, so much so that people often stopped to compliment us - saying it looked professional. Then Bay Country Landscaping came in 9 months later to plant trees in the front part of our yard. They dug up the ground haphazardly, destroying most of the lawn, planted the trees, and then piled the rocks and dirt they dug up back on the surrounding grass. They didn't replant the surrounding grass, they didn't put the proper amount of mulch on (two completely different sized mulch beds) and they left their trash on our lawn. We called, enraged, by the horrible service and were told someone would come by to fix it. It's been 2 weeks, and they never have. The fact this is regular business practice is appalling. I will never recommend Bay Country Landscaping to anyone!
