Extreme heat in the area and our AC is not functioning properly - it is over 80 degrees and not cooling. Nikki answers the phone and says they are swamped, but will try to get to us later that day. In the afternoon, Ben shows up, gets up on the roof to look at the unit, tells us it is frozen up and low on coolant. He unfreezes it, adds the coolant, and it is starting to bring the temp down straight away. Second time using Knobel in a month, one personal and one business, and could not be any happier with either visit. I highly recommend the team at Knobel, from the great ladies answering the phone to the technicians who show up and are helpful and very pleasant. Thanks to all the Knobel team!

We spent over $50,000 on repairs on a used wheel loader after less than 50 hrs of use. How dare they take advantage of a hard working small farmer. They are a large corporation who should stand behind their equipment!! I asked them if they make a habit of selling junk and they said "no", so why then are they refusing to pay for any of the bill? Spread the word that they lie about used equipment as they stated it was in good working order. Do not trust them. They accused us of doing something to it when in fact, it died as soon as we drove it out of the driveway after it was delivered! Titan only looks out for Titan and does not care about their customers. We are also repeat customers, but NEVER again. NEVER , NEVER, NEVER!

She snaked the the pipe while leaning over our tank - she really went above and beyond. Great quality, great value, incredible service. Now a Faunholz customer as long as we live in this house.
