She's kind, professional, courteous, patient and actually allows the parent to fulfill the parental role of taking charge of their children's health and well being. It's obvious she believes her role is to guide and support the parent, not dictate and overrule. The attention, care, and information we received was delivered with care and empathy. The only reason I did not go 5 stars, as that ALL the seating, in the waiting area was labeled "Do not use." (due to COVID). I don't why ALL the seating was like this. What happened to distancing? I did notice there was a water dispenser, not fountain, with cups. I initially saw Dr. Casey Dean at Lakeside Physicians and was very pleased with him. However, the office operations and billing practices were disappointing. I went in for an annual physical, which is supposed to be 100% covered by insurance, yet I was charged a copay simply because I answered a question about how I was doing on my prescriptions. That apparently fell outside the scope of a physical. This was just one example of what felt like constant efforts to bill for anything possible. When Dr. Dean left the practice, I was reassigned to a new primary care physician who couldn't see me for nine weeks. In the meantime, my blood pressure prescription expired, and the office refused to refill it until I had an appointment. I was forced to visit an urgent care facility just to get a refill, which was both unnecessary and expensive. I would not return. I've since found where Dr. Dean is now practicing and am willing to drive to Fort Worth to continue care with a physician I trust. Very disappointing experience.

I have had good experiences with Dr Davis, however Dr V is the reason for my negative experience and bad review. My daughter is 14 months old about two months ago I took her in for a fever. She was checked out and told it was an upper respiratory infection, just take Tylenol. That night her temperature got to 103.6 with Tylenol and we took her to the ER where we found out she had a double ear infection. One day of antibiotics and she was better. Two weeks ago she had a fever again and I told them she recently had the ear infections, maybe it was that? Again we were told by this pediatrician that she had an upper respiratory infection after they examined her at 9am. By 1pm she was inconsolable so I took her to Cooks Children's Urgent Care where they confirmed she had a double ear infection AGAIN. I called the clinic to notify them, two weeks later they have never called me back. Needless to say we will be changing pediatricians.

She listened to my concerns and really let me ultimately decide the course of action for my baby boy (7months). I feel really empowered by the staff every time I visit and never have to worry about the care my babies are receiving. The small tiny almost missable bruise came from daycare and we told her that. It's literally logged and documented at the daycare. Also said he might have walking pneumonia. So he had to go through a trauma assessment of some sort from a team of people. Stuck a catheter up his penis. Drew his blood three different times. Did a full body x-ray to check for trauma. He didn't have anything wrong with him. Didn't have rsv, walking pneumonia, or an ear infection. The doctor said he actually looked great inside but just had congestion and a fever. It's was a wild night. I'm looking up people to sue the piss out of her and cook's. Something triggered that physicians assistant. My wife and I could tell from the start. After talking to our pediatrician, we have learned that they are targeting families with CPS that do not vaccinate their children with their poisons. It has happened to three other couples that go to our pediatrician. We're not really sure but the doctor at the other cooks was baffled at us being there and what Kelly Greenwood reported. We are currently trying to reach out to Fox News, OAN, and a couple other news networks. We were not even informed at the urgent care my son would go through the trauma assessment. The doctors and nurse practitioners are always happy to spend as much time as needed to help, make sure we're comfortable and that all of our questions are answered. Even when our whole family came down with COVID back in February, in the middle of the night we had concerns about our baby and needed advice. Stephanie Loh is our provider and she is SO good with all the girls. She is very knowledgeable and encourages questions and discussion on how my girls are growing.
