So, I just moved in, I toured the home last week. I am a little confused as to who owns the park right now, but an older gentleman and his son run the park (the sons name is Brian Clark). I toured the home with the older gentleman, very nice guy. The home was a little older (don't remember what year he said), but very nice and in good condition as far as older mobile homes go. Pros, it comes with washer and dryer in unit, fridge and a stove; first month rent was free (whether you move in the beginning or end; good cause it eliminates pro rating) and deposit matches the monthly rent (the month free may have been a promotional deal at that time). Also water and trash is paid. Very close to Ft, Riley. Cons: I think that the father and son do a tag team thing. Good guy bad guy type routine. The older gentleman was nice; the son, I don't know if that is just the way he talks, I don't know him, but he puts himself out there to be sarcastic (in negative way). Seams to be a little bit of an a**hole too. He referred to his tenants as his children, because he has to constantly watch and make sure they are not breaking the rules; that wasn't really something I wanted to hear. He gave me the park rule book and said if i don't like the rules then don't live here; that was rude. The son doesn't have very good customer-service skills. Brian wasn't really that bad of a guy, just certain things I notice about people. I think he was trying to be nice, but I don't know him or his past. So I just moved in, I will update my review as time goes by. read more
