Didn't matter they had previous dental records(less then 2 weeks old) so I agreed. The problem is insurance coverage. I live and work in Wisconsin but the insurance held is Illinois based. So I had to make arrangements to take the day off and plan a 3 hr drive.... Fast forward over a month of waiting for the appointment! The DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT LESS THEN 2.5 HOURS before end of day I get a call that the dentist doesn't work on Fridays? Wtf!? So I push the issue. Then I get whoever I would see is working somewhere else....(my problem how?) and they follow this up by well we can check you out but the medical dentist isn't there on Fridays!!! F.. this place! My 7yo is very comfortable at the dentist but I will be back with my "more cautious" 10 yo. The dentist informed us that an extraction would be pointless since one tooth is a baby tooth and the other is an adult. She applied numbing cream on my gum recession from years of over brushing. My teeth were cleaned and very tolerable compared to other dental establishments. Not only is the dentist amazing, but so is her hygienist! If you are looking for an experienced dentist and hygienist who give each patient the time they deserve- Bowes is the one. They have the latest technology at a very affordable price for those who have no insurance too!
