Dr Bennardo is by far the finest dentist I've ever been to. My wife found his office by looking online for dentists that would qualify for our insurance. Jackpot!!! He is personable, communicative, highly organized, extremely competent, smart, and good natured. He lays out a plan in order of importance, and gives you affordable options for carrying it out. I have been to see him several times this past year, and have grown to trust his judgment based on the results. His office staff are also high quality individuals. You cannot go wrong with dr Bennardo, and I believe he will tell you the truth. I am 67 years old, and have been to a lot of dentists in my life and he's the best. BEWARE. I am writing this in hopes this won't happen to another new patient. I paid $683 for 1 year of dental care and sadly, was forced into another service entirely different than what I stated I could afford. I do not recommend doing business with this particular dentist, but IF you do, what is required BEFORE you make an appointment is to confirm the "type of" service and the amount $ that you are financially responsible for with MULTIPLE people at the front desk. Not everyone at the front desk has the correct information. I called to make my first dental cleaning appointment for November. Receptionist confirmed it was covered under my $683 package. I then asked her to check my package to make sure. She looked and she confirmed a 2nd time. I then asked "is there anything I will owe $ at the time of visit. I'm a single mom and I can't handle surprise expenses and bills, I HAVE to be prepared for the bill ahead of time to make sure I can cover it." She replied "nothing will be due since you already paid for the $683 package. It is included in the plan." She then proceeded to say, "If anything should change on that front, I will call you." I assume i get the correct information. I go to my appointment. I get my cleaning. I go to the front desk to schedule the other half of the cleaning and the manager tells me I owe $760 bucks!! I almost had a heart attack!! The receptionist put me down for a "deep cleaning" OUTSIDE of my $683 1-year package. The receptionist should have put me down for a regular cleaning. And guess who is pays for the expensive $ mistake ? BINGO. This place makes the NEW patient pays for it?! I have ZERO dental care for the following year now. That $683 was ALL I could afford for dental care this year. And I got completely scammed out of my money. They applied the $683 to the $768 deep cleaning service. And only ONE HALF of my mouth is done. I'm out $683 dollars. And I can't even afford to got to a different dentist to get the other half of my mouth cleaned. This practice will make a $1500+ mistake and the PATIENT will be stuck with the expense. This practice has no accountability when they make a costly mistake. Then to add insult to injury will force you into an agreement you never ever agreed to initially. So many patients go to integrative medicine bc they have a real and serious distrust for western medicine due to it's unethical, terrible ways. I just learned today, integrative medicine can be JUST as slimey and sheisty in the way they do business. I am in TEARS. I paid $683 for 1 year of dental care and now I have absolutely NOTHING. I regret ever coming here. Just bc a receptionist gave me wrong information. Nothing happens to her life. As for me- now I am completely screwed for the next year. I need care and can't afford a new dentist bc i already gave everything that I had: $683. This may not be a lot of money $ for some people, but for a single parent like myself, this is a very VERY hard financial burden. It's monumental. I don't know what I am gonna do.. read more

Before going here, it had been at least 11 years since I had been to the dentist. This was hands down the best dental visit I have ever had. Dr. Bennardo was very good at explaining everything to me, and was super gentle with all of my cleaning and care. Which was a HUGE plus for me because I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. All of the staff I met were so kind and professional. Dr. Bennardo and all staffs are very friendly and treated very well. I visited for my teeth cleaning. With good communication , I could feel comfortable. About insurance, they checked and told me how much insurance can cover. It is very polite. Cleaning way is very good. Every place are well cleaned and very tidy. Explanations from Dr. Bennardo about my teeth and gum are very easy to understand. I like Dr. and staffs very much. I have ever read that one of the the regretful things that elder people lost in their life is teeth. Take care of your teeth with a wonderful dentist and staffs. read more

I was in a lot of pain. I had been to the ENT, neurologist, neurosurgeon, muscular skeletal doctor, chiropractor. I was having migraines and stiff necks, facial nerve pain, and occipital neuralgia. I lost the hearing in my right ear. Everyone said there was nothing wrong. The Doctors told me I needed to start on pain meds and I would have to learn to live with it. Dr Bennardo and his staff pin pointed a problem tooth and after grinding down a crown, from another Dental office, to fit right, I was afforded a great deal of relief. I had been living with the pain for so long I did not even know how much it hurt. He explained it was like a sprained ankle, every time I bit down on something hard or clenched my teeth, it aggravated it. It all started almost 20 years ago when I woke up with a horrible toothache and tried to find a Dentist who could see me that same day. Everyone I contacted said the earliest they could see me was in about a week. Dr. Bennardo's office was literally the last one I called. Darlene picked up the phone and told me to come in to the office right away and Dr. B will try to squeeze me in between appointments. Needless to say, I've been a loyal patient ever since. Dr. B and his staff are top notch, his office is always at the vanguard of technology, but above all, he's just a nice guy. I highly recommend Dr. Bennardo for all your dental needs. read more

I have been looking for a new dentist for quite some time. I decided to try Dr. Bernardo after my crown broke. I called in the morning and the staff was able to fit me in on the same day. The office looks more like a home then a dentist office. It was a very relaxing feeling. Dr. Bernardo was able to fix my crown on the same day. Not many dentists can do that.He explained exactly what I needed and always asked me if I was comfortable. Needless to say, he has now done two crowns,a cavity, and I couldn't be happier.
