Despite repeated attempts to receive a refund I am told various reasons why they just can't get around to it. For example the office manager is not authorized, or the owner has to approve it, or they have to check the records, etc. This is been going on for months. In my opinion it is unethical and unprofessional to take a patients money for a particular service, then fail to provide the service, and then fail to address the return of the deposit.
