When I read the reviews there were 141 complaints about him all money related and about being ripped off and I'm doing nothing for them I'd already had enough attorneys like that and was not about to hire another one to do the same thing this was on a Saturday when I talked to him I called their office first thing Monday morning I had not been to their office I had not signed any paperwork I hadn't done anything to connect myself to him but give him a retainer which was completely ridiculous and I wanted him to refund it because I wasn't going to use him based on the reviews and a very bad gut feeling I had about him being the same type of attorney different day that was useless and harmful only about making himself rich. When I asked to have my retainer returned to my credit card it was tying up most of the credit line on there he REFUSED MY REQUEST One of his evil minions Brian called me back he had spoken to John about refunding my money because I had not gotten any services from him and didn't want to retain him and he said he won't reverse the charge unless you pay him $500 out of the $7,500 that was outrageous and an insult I'm a widow unlimited social security since my husband died I said absolutely NOT! I reported him to my credit card company as a dispute gave them all the details it took 30 days to get that was all with my credit card company and was tying up my credit line he is an evil reptile he lives for money he doesn't care anything about the clients every bad review you read about him is absolutely true. I wasn't just angry I was furious with what he did to me and I reported him with paperwork I had sent for from the State bar told exactly what was going on and included the $7,500 reversal paperwork from my credit card company is proof of what he did to me. Warning- do not use this guy under any circumstances or he will rip you off like you tried to do me you'll get nothing for your money total frustration gas lighting and excuses he's all about the money and he's not about you he could care less about you and your money unless it goes in his pocket Do NOT have any contact with this clown show he should have his license we vote for criminal activity!
