Incredible place, great customer service, great Dr. Rest easy Dr. Miller, lots of love.

I was referred to Miller Chiro for physical therapy and usually don't leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived early at 10:25 AM and didn't leave until 12:25 PM. I was there for two hours, and the majority of that time was spent filling out paperwork and waiting. The front office staff were pleasant and courteous. When I was finally brought back, I was examined by a man who never introduced himself or explained his role. During the exam, he made comments about how some of the staff there need to "learn how to spell," which felt unprofessional. The exam itself was brief--he touched my back in a few places and ordered treatments including ultrasound, what seemed like electrical stimulation, and massage gun therapy. Those treatments lasted about 15 minutes. The staff member who administered them was kind and professional. After that, I was finally taken to physical therapy, which was the primary reason for my visit. The physical therapist instructed me to do two simple stretches, then walked away and sat scrolling on his phone. When I asked how long I should hold the stretches, his response was, "Whatever feels good." He then gave me two more exercises and again walked away to continue using his phone. He never observed my form, offered guidance, corrected technique, or engaged in any meaningful way. At one point, from across the room, he simply said, "Okay girl, that's enough," while continuing to scroll. I had to walk over and ask if I was finished. He told me yes and said to take my slip and check out. Since it was my first visit, I had no idea what "my slip" was, so he handed me my paperwork and I had to find the checkout desk myself. Overall, the staff at the front and treatment area were pleasant, but the actual physical therapy experience felt inattentive, unprofessional, and disappointing. As a first-time patient seeking care, I expected more guidance, engagement, and respect. Needless to say, I will never return again. read more

I work in healthcare and I was dealing with chronic pain for years. I became a patient of Dr. Soares and the chronic neck and back pain I've been dealing with have improved immensely! This office is super busy, however, the office staff is does their best to keep things moving! Most days, I went in and got out in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Soares was an awesome doctor to work with. He works quickly and efficiently and now that I'm back to work, I can see the difference. My body feels SO MUCH BETTER. Dr. Miller also has the best energy and I'm so glad to see that they're expanding. Highly recommend! read more

My review focuses on the service and setup rather than the actual treatment. The office stays extremely busy, and both times I went, I waited 30-60 minutes past my appointment time. The treatment was fine, but the atmosphere felt rushed and not very relaxing. If you're seeking a calm, restorative experience, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. read more

It's really frustrating that when you call they don't answer or they take their sweet time to answer their phones. Then when they're closed, you talk to their answering service but there's nothing they can do. They only tell you to call back when they're open then when you do an E visit They take their sweet time Sending you the email to complete your visit they're good to make you sign their rules and wanting you to pay $20 when you're late when you're early and when you drop in. read more

I was referred to Dr. Miller after my car accident by my daughters friend & this Doc is the BEST ...& because he is the VERY BEST many people are treated at his practice. The first visit is the longest but don't let the chairs filled in waiting room fool you after the first visit you can be in and out in 30 min. He is very down to earth and energetic!! He truly cares about his patients !! He is not one of those chiropractors that wants you to keep coming forever . He is confident and knows what he is doing and truly wants to treat you so that God can heal you. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. His staff is also great with all the patients they are really polite and do a great job!! I just brought my 82 year old father with me last visit and I can't wait to see him walk better again , Doc is confident he can get him moving better & with lots of prayers get him off his walker . Dr Miller is extremely friendly that's why I come here but he needs to train his front office staff to be more professional and respectful. The front desk ladies barely acknowledge you or even look at you when you sign in. A simple Hi or Hello to acknowledge your presence is highly important at medical practices This place is only opened 3 days a week so it's extremely busy and packed most of the time, the wait time to be seen can also be extremely long because they have lots of patients. Dr. Miller seems to care about his patients and he always cracking jokes around so it makes you feel comfortable however some of the girls that work there are not very friendly. There is one in particular with darker hair she mostly sits at the back office behind the front desk girls, she seems extremely judgmental. read more

Ridiculous, the wait is horrible, and they have you constantly waiting, on average I'm there for an hour and more, and I'm here just for adjustment nothing else(adjusting takes five minutes max).You come sign in, I waited an legit hour and nobody called me. I came up after waiting 30 minutes first excuse was oh they checked your name and forgot to call you, waited another twenty minutes and come back again and then they said some else wrote over your name, mind you they found me in the system 20 minutes prior. So now they are trying to BS me. Charge me with no service. The quality of care is not that great. communication, if you need to reschedule they make you cancel even if you call 24 hours prior. They act like the conversation never took place. They want to charge you without the service. It does not matter they are there for money not you. Zero stars if I could, bet I will call my insurance to report all of this. read more

Great Staff!!! Excellent Customer Service!!! Excellent Patient Care!!! 5 Stars!!! if I could give more I would! Dr. Miller and his team are Absolutely Amazing!!! I was Rear ended in a really bad accident, and Dr. Miller was recommended to me buy a family member who said that he went above and beyond for her! I went to his office without Appointment. I was in so much pain from a car accident , and they were about to close. I was told they weren't seeing any more patients for the rest of the day. As I was walking back to my car , Dr. Miller kindly waived for me to come back. He gave me Ice for my back, re-adjusted me and set me a future appointment. They billed my insurance which made it an easy process. That was a blessing considering I was in excruciating pain! I've Been going to him for almost a year now. The whole staff is awesome!!! Josie at the front desk is kind, considerate, and has excellent customer service. Did I mention she is bilingual in Spanish?!? :) She goes above and beyond every time!!! The best chiropractor in the East Bay! Anytime i have an ache or pain Doc finds a way to alleviate the pain!

Dr. Miller is a highly energetic, very friendly Chiropractor who looooves Elvis. His office is usually quite full of clients and has been for years. I think he's truly on the side of his client as he's seen how the insurance companies and employers treat people who've been injured at work or in car accidents. I do think Dr. Miller sometimes overbooks and gets a bit scattered. He tends to fill each of his five rooms with someone and then breezes on in and quickly back out while his staff of young girls in training do most of the work not requiring his expertise. He's the only one who adjusts people's bodies, but the girls will do the H-wave, Ultrasound, or machine hook-ups. Dr. Miller tends not to prescribe medication so you'll have a harder time getting any if he's your only/primary doctor. He is very capable as a chiropractor and knows what he's doing when he makes adjustments, but you'll have to speak up for yourself if you don't want an adjustment in a certain part of your body as he won't necessarily tell you what he's about to do before he does it. He'll probably be talking 90 mph as a distraction. You'll have to pin him down with questions as he tends to be out of the room about as fast as he comes into it. read more

I've been a patient here for a while now due to a car accident. This place is only open three days a week and they are horrible with keeping their appointment times. They are very busy and overly crowded with people many of which don't wear masks. The staff never wore masks for the pandemic I don't know how they never got in trouble for it. I would not recommend paying out-of-pocket for this place I wouldn't come here otherwise and definitely bring a mask very uncleanly. read more

I've been coming here now, for about three weeks, and I must say, the treatment from the staff has been the same since day one. Friendly and inviting from the moment you open the door, they greet you by name as you walk, and wish you well as you go. Upon first meeting Dr. Miller, he instantly makes you feel at ease, very friendly, very outgoing, and extremely easy to talk to. Let him know where it hurts, and he gets to work! Several different area that I suffer from injury, and they really take care of you, from start to finish, they make you feel like you are the only patient in the building. As soon as you walk in, you notice the die-hard Elvis fan, Marilyn Monroe as well as local sports teams (49ers, Giants). if you're a sports fan, get ready to chat like you're sitting at a bar on game day. The guy knows his stuff, an the staff is quite personable. From the door you are greeted with a smile, you hear your name and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes before being taken to a room for treatment, and I typically arrive 10-20min early. Ashley takes me back and gets me started, asking how I'm doing and how I'm feeling. Chat a bit about how things in our own lives are and treatment is under way. After 2-3 different processes, in to the see the doc quite quickly. Both Ashley and the doc follow up from the previous appt, and gets a grasp on what is ailing that particular day. Now he has a starting point and gets to work. After being treated, you feel yourself, well, myself, standing a little taller and my shoulders back. Typically after seeing the doc, I follow up with Marco for a massage treatment, if you wanna talk about food, Marco will tell you where the good places are to eat, this guy's been to them all! We typically chat between sushi and Italian, an we talk about fishing an travel. Now there is no need to tell him where you're hurting, sore or stiff...he's gonna find them! He'll get you loosened up and a bit more limber, and get you a cup of cold water on your way out. Before you are out the door for the day, double checking with you for your next appt, another friendly smile and fair well greetings. WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!! We called two days ago in the morning to make an appointment as a new client. The rude lady answering placed us on hold for more than 5 minutes so we hung up. Called back not too long after and she rudely answered again but she's not the scheduler so we left our information for a call back. No call. Called again yesterday afternoon and her rude ass answered again and I asked to speak to the scheduler. She said they weren't available and needed information to have them call us and I told her that we did yesterday and haven't heard back so we're calling again and she rudely (shocker) told us there was nothing she could do and we had to call back the next day. Needless to say we didn't call back. They lost a client due to lack of calling back and the rude lady answering the phone. Save the time and energy and go somewhere else! read more

I have been to Lance many times, and for many reasons. I first went there after a car accident and I saw him a bunch of times. Each time he did a new therapy on me and of course every time i went on that water bed because i LOVE IT. He really improved my over all well being is how i would describe it best. My neck and back especially. I went to him again when i was pregnant with my daughter. He really helped with my back pain and round ligament pain. He told me that my labor would be easier if i came in a few times before the birth. I wasnt really sure about this, but sure enough, easy birth. Went to him for both pregnancies :) read more

And after five mins of waiting she said that she didn't have the access to their schedules so she wouldn't know.
