We looked over the cases, made some choices from the frozen meats, and told the lovely woman behind the counter, what we were looking for. She listened, and as soon as the butcher was finished with the prior customer, he prepped our fresh cut ribeyes. We chatted with him and he made a few suggestions, according to our choices. We were thinking the same thing! He seemed pleased that we were so tickled that he approved. This shop is a breath of fresh air. Someone who takes true pride in what they do!
