Their meat made for the BEST filet Mignon shish kebabs I have EVER eaten. They also make artisanal charcuterie from what I could see, and had some super special thick cut bacon that a previous customer was raving about, who was also picking up a special ground meat order he requested to be made with specific cuts of meat. Ordering is simple and can be done directly on their website. You can pick the meat, size, and delivery date. If you have any other needs, you can add them to the notes section and they will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests. We placed our order 2 weeks before our event and the pig arrived on the Thursday before our weekend roast. The pig was wrapped and packaged with care. It was still frozen and easy to thaw. We followed the clear directions and placed the pig in a cooler with ice. The pig was thoroughly cleaned and there was very little prep work that we had to do prior to placing the pig onthe firepit. We ordered a 50lb pig, and the pig we recieved was the perfect weight. We had Stryker Farm remove the feet and butterfly the pig for is. The pig cooked like a dream. It was very delicious! We will continue to order our pigs from them in the future.

We looked over the cases, made some choices from the frozen meats, and told the lovely woman behind the counter, what we were looking for.
