When I suspected that my pool may have a leak, I immediately began searching for companies that would be able to fix it. One of the first -- and most highly recommended -- companies I discovered was Millennium Pools. When I contacted Millennium, I immediately found them to be competent, friendly, and helpful. I was able to schedule Millennium to come and assess the leak in my pool sooner than any other company I had contacted; even though my property was just outside of Millennium's service area, they agreed to come and do the leak detection and repair for me. When Greg and Brett arrived to detect the leak, I immediately knew I had selected the right company. Even though he had never seen my pool before, Greg was well-versed in the systems and equipment my pool used, and with little help was able to glean the way the plumbing was laid out. By Greg's admission, Brett had only been with Millennium for a short period of time, but Brett was also incredibly insightful and knowledgeable about the workings of my pool. Through diligent work and careful observation, Greg and Brett were able to soon detect the leak in my pool's plumbing. Although the leak was not deep into the ground, the surrounding plumbing made accessing and repairing the leak difficult, but Greg was confident that he could make the repair. Scheduling Greg to return for the repair was as easy as scheduling the leak detection, and in about a week Greg was back at my property to do the fix. Like he had promised, Greg adeptly finished the repair despite the difficult location, and within a few hours the repair was finished, the hole backfilled, and the pool was working perfectly. I cannot rate Millennium Pool Services highly enough. Greg and Brett were friendly, courteous, capable, intelligent, and hardworking. As I said, as soon as they first arrived, I knew they would provide excellent service, and they absolutely did.
