I wish i knew how to add pictures. They speak for them selves. I cry every day when i wake up and look at my self. It gets worse. I have weekly meetings with, real estate brokers, real estate attorneys, LLC Commercial buyers. I greet, these professionals at the front desk at a high rise in Center City Philadelphia. I now have to spend money to purchase a wig and learn how to apply it. The stylist had no idea what she was doing, even with a picture. I should be compensated for the extra cost of now having to purchase a wig. Hoping i dont have to take this to small claims court.

Terrible service from David in particular. He was very unprofessional and rude. He let me know…read moreupon greeting that he doesn't like taking new clients, because "they don't show up". He mentioned this at least three times to me, as if I forgot the first time. I was a new client who scheduled ahead of time with my friend, and we waited almost 30 mins after we arrived just to get service. David did my pedicure, and he behaved resentful toward me like he didn't want to do it. He appeared to be distracted the entire time also, and was not warm and barely conversational at all. He did a cheap and quick pedicure and he was really rough the way he handled my feet. Garbage customer service and will not go back or recommend to anyone I know.

I was just going to get my eyebrows done and my mom was going to hold my baby. As soon as I open the door the man is yelling "you don't see the sign no CHILDREN allowed" I said " she's a baby, and then I was like mom let's just go". There was another time when me and my best friend went in there she asked if they did gel polish on toes the same man is yelling " NO GEL ON TOES". I will never be returning to that nail salon the man is extremely rude. Also there is a difference between a infant and a child.

If there are issues with your treatment, you may not receive a call back for weeks, and instead might have to keep calling them. I purchased the laser nail treatment with the "written guarantee". Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.
