The team had to move me from a third floor unit without a working elevator on a very hot day. The team was respectful of my property and my belongings were taken to my new condo with care. Plus, didn't want to take it down the stairs. Said it would never go down stairs. When purchased it was moved up the stairs? He refused to move it. I had a coffee table that was part of the move that wasn't touched?! Upon abruptly leaving my home, he left a painting off the wall (that he moved out of the way to move the furniture) and left a wicker loveseat outside. I called this morning to speak with the owner, William Yartz and the gentleman I spoke with said Mr. Yartz was unavailable. I asked the man his name and he interrupted and said "I am the Manager", What do you want?" I began telling him my experience and he would not allow me to explain. I asked if he was one of the movers, he said yes. I started to tell him about the moving blanket he left and asked if Tiki Town Movers wanted to pick it up. I tried to ask for help in a solution to all of this and again, he spoke over me continuing to say it wasn't his problem and the loveseat he left outside was trivial. He hung up on me. I had hoped to speak with Mr. Yartz, but was refused. Please be careful when choosing a moving company.

Her furniture was to be separated into four categories: items to go with her and items to go to three other locations (her grandchildren) in the US. We photographed and labeled everything and tried to provide clear lists of what was to go where. I was imagining all sorts of mistakes and headaches. Well, the move went perfectly. Nothing was lost, nothing was broken and nothing went to the wrong address. All on time and with no added charges. I had many communications with the staff, all of which were easy and prompt. My sister received one of the deliveries and she was impressed by the professionalism of the men. They loaded her shipment into her rental truck without hesitation and even refused a tip. I'm so relieved that everything went to perfectly! Thank you Peluso!

The only reason we are not giving the 1-star is due to the fact that at least everything made it here, but not necessarily in one piece. Our issue started with 3 days before our move that was planned 3 months in advance with their staff. We received a call asking us to change our move date when we had made plans all focused around the move date that they gave us. They instead came and picked everything up a day earlier than planned (which we agreed to) and instead stuck it all in a warehouse for several days waiting for a driver. They did not provide any status updates and when we called from the road, they passed the buck off to the driver again. When everything arrived, the movers were unable to get our bed up the stairs (we had specifically asked our Peluso mover staff member if it would fit and he had assured us it would). We had to call another moving company to actually get our bed where we wanted it. We have asked Peluso for some kind of restitution for this additional cost and they have ignored us. Boxes that we asked if they were packed properly arrived mangled and some items were damaged. Again, no restitution. If you are moving to/from Naples, FL, we recommend you go with anyone but Peluso Movers. I am removing a star for the response by the owner of Peluso Movers. They refuse to take responsibility for throwing our "packed by owner" boxes (nothing was broken inside of them so clearly they were packed properly) being thrown around given that the pictures speak for themselves. They are not taken any responsibility for the bed issue and requests for discussion with their staff have gone unanswered. Wow... this unfortunate response is the cherry on the top of this mess

After having made various calls up north to find someone that was available/willing to load my truck and risking telephone miscommunication with timing/rates, it was much easier to just enter my requested time slot on the E-Team website. I received a prompt call and we were able to confirm the move. As it turns out, my UPack container arrived earlier than expected. E-Team was extremely flexible and made it out a day earlier which helped us get our container out of the driveway later that afternoon....Which also helped us not make immediate enemies with the neighbors by keeping it over the weekend. Our original projection was about 3 hours with two movers. These guys were super efficient and able to get the job done in about 2.5. I was extremely impressed and relieved that it did not drag on. (Note that I paid them for the agreed 3 hours.) I've noticed in my moving experiences that movers will guarantee on the phone that it will not take more than X hours and then of course run over and you're forced to pay another hour....and what are you going to do at that point, move the piano, hutch, and treadmill by yourself?.... Anyway... I would definitely recommend this team. They were professional, polite, and reliable. Moving days are never enjoyable and you always expect to have some hiccups.
