Lets start with the very minimal good: The sales rep. Tyler was great he's got the most smarts, and…read morecustomer service out of everyone in the office combined. He was very apologetic for the manner in which the office staff heckled me without the roof inspection for their check. I did not go through a roofers claim and had already paid them a deposit via check without incident this is my first home, and everything what disorganized, not explained clearly, and when things were it was usually by people who clearly arent thrilled by their jobs (as if they are the ones paying for the roof). The roofers completed the job in a day. Despite tornado watch and rain conditions, chimney was successfully completely in a day. The director of operations Samantha K. And her subordinate Jenna, and their attitudes, were absolutely horrendous to deal with-- arrogant, bad tone, and aggressive. Now I see what the previous clients meant by their unprofessionalism, entitlement, and callous demeanor as a result, I wouldn't recommend this company to a dog flea, and would encourage others to not only get quotes from other companies, but to read all of the numerous negative reviews they have received across multiple platforms. Their site manager Jacob, was nice but lost in the sauce. After letting Samantha know Jacob had never sent the photos or reached out she insinuated I might have had his number blocked which was totally false since I have an open line of communication not only for the roofing team but also for other contractos (unrelated) doing upgrades on my home, she covered for the poor behaviors of both parties, and Jenna's terrible disposition, until she finally ran out of excuses, relented, and gave a real pathetic apology. moment she answered the phone. Her tone was dismissive, impatient, and honestly made it seem like customers were an inconvenience. All in all If this is how they treat PAYING customers I can only imagine how problems are handled after payment is made. Customer service reflects the company as a whole, and this interaction with these two women was enough for me to take my business elsewhere and ensure than any of my friends, family members, colleagues, strangers and literally anyone knows I would not recommend dealing with a company that allows this level of disrespect toward customers.

We chose Trust, they did a nice job "blending" the new roof / shingles into the existing roof. They communicated well, they pulled the permit and arranged the inspection. Everything went very well, the work looks nice. They also quoted replacing the roof on rest of the home, again it was a reasonable quote, we will be reaching out to them when the time comes to replace the entire roof and our old skylights.

They took time out of their busy schedules to keep us updated, clearly explain the issues with the old roof, and make sure everything was done the right way and not rushed or cut short. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind during a hectic time. We couldn't be happier with the results and would confidently recommend Erol and his team to anyone in need of roofing work.

Communication was excellent. Contractor (Gabriel) was fantastic to work with, always responsive in a very timely fashion and flexible with the multiple changes we made throughout the process. Team lead, Mauricio and assistant Noe were also great, workmanship was excellent, always timely and thoughtful with figuring out the best plan of action to handle the multiple unforeseen situations which arose. Pricing was very fair and not only increased the look of our home but also added monetary value. The entire project came out beautifully, we could not be more pleased. Will definitely be calling them for any additional construction needs in the future! Gene and Connie C.
