BE AWARE! RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THE OWNER FROM MILLENIA HOME IMPROVEMENT IS A THIEF AND LIAR. I use this company to construct a new bathroom. I had three estimates, but I decided to go with Millenia. Millenia was more expensive than the other two, but I still decided to go with them; the company have been in business for a long time, and that was good for me. Now I know they stayed in business by stealing and doing half ass work. The owner of the company was wonderful went we met, what an actor. They damaged my stairs and did not want to fix them; I was told that they were not responsible for the damages. The contractor could not get the shower door to close, so he decided to walk away instead of calling KOHLER for help. This type of behavior I found to be unbelievable. They came up with every excuse in the book; they told me that I should have bought a different door. I had to hire two different contractors, one for the stairs and the other to fix the shower door. I filed papers in small claims court and decided to take them to court. I won my case in court for $854. Before I took them to court, I reached out to Bobby. The man screamed at me on the phone; he told me that I think I'm better than everyone, that I want too much and I should never call him again. I contacted him for an entire week before that conversation and he kept coming up with every excuse in the book as to why he could not come out. I cannot tell you how hurt, surprised and disappointed I was. I got to see how unprofessional and dishonest this man was. However, I decided that I was not going to be another victim for Millenia. When the bathroom was under construction, Bobby was at my home, rushing the job, telling the men that they had to finish my job to start another job. My bathroom sink also became detached from the vanity after two months, and this is because it was not installed correctly. This is actually the first time I've heard of a sink becoming detached from the vanity. So I had to file two cases against Millenia. I was awarded the $750 I paid to the contractors, plus my filling fee. For my second case, I was awarded $150 , which is what I paid to repair my sink, plus the filing fee, making that payment $237. You've not heard the worse; the owner of Mrllenia took me to court and said I owed him over $2,600. He said that he and I had a verbal agreement. What a liar! He also had he men that worked for him tell the same lies on me in court. For someone to tell a lie in court out of greed is amazing. He even said in court that the door I bought was cheap. The door actually cost almost $600, but it did not matter if it cost $100. The problem was that he and his company left me with shower door that did not close. For over a month, I was unable to use the shower. I really trusted this man; I was going to give him a big job to close up my deck that he quoted me over $27,000. This man really had me fooled, but the devil eventually showed his horns. My advice to you when doing business with a contractor. Please save all of your receipts. Make sure you keep all communication via email or text. Take pictures of everything, before, during and after. By doing so, I was able to prove my case in court. However, it was upsetting having to go to court with this criminal . I knew I would win my cases, because I was telling the truth and I had everything that I need to prove my case. However, it was very upsetting that someone that I trusted to be a professional turned out to be such an unprofessional criminal. As Judge Judy always say, if you tell the truth, you don't need to have a good memory. I also want to tell you that one of his contractors stole my flashlight, which I deducted from my payment. They damaged my garage floor, and I deducted for that too. Unfortunately, when I went down in my crawl space later, I was surprise to see a bunch of my insulation on the ground and my knee pads were gone; I paid over $30 for those knee pads. They all smoke and threw their cigarettes all over my property; I had to ask them not to do so. I've video on them peeing in the driveway, don't ask my why. I've never met a person that was such a liar. My mother always said that a liar is worse than a thief, because that person is very dangerous. In Bobby's case, he's both. Very Sad! I've originally given this company a great review, but as time went on and issues started to arise, the true character of the owner and the lack of integrity of his company revealed its self to me. I had gotten a bathroom completely remodeled on the 2nd floor back in November of 2017. New Tub, new everything. I was initially satisfied with the work until I realized a small issue. When the tub was installed, the guys forgot to seal a portion of the outside of the tub. It wasn't noticeable at first glance and was easily over looked. The only reason I knew there was an issue was when my kitchen ceiling was leaking! Now, I hadn't noticed the issue until a few months down the road. This was because the area that had not been sealed was in a location where water wasn't directly hitting it. It was on the outside of the tub in a corner. So not much water made its way inside on a daily basis but over time as more and more water went inside that hole, the accumulation caused damage to the kitchen ceiling. First thing I did was call Millenia. Their secretary Barbra initially told me that this was my problem! She suggested that the hole was due to me "dropping something heavy" on the area. And that Millenia wasn't responsible. She didn't even look. This was her opinion from hearing my issue over the phone! So I ordered that her plumbers come by. And when they did, they concluded that there was never any seal around the area. They sealed the hole in two seconds and left. But the issue of my water damaged ceiling in my kitchen remained. I called Millenia on June of 2018 to explain the issue of my ceiling. I was told by both Natalia and Barbra that Bobby will get back to me. I called every month for 5 months straight! Bobby finally got back to me in November of 2018 (5 months later). He said " your issue is cosmetic and we are backed up with other customers. We don't have time to fix it right now. We will fix the ceiling when we have time." We are now in May of 2019 (11 months later.) and I have still not heard from Bobby or anyone. I called in May and guess what Barbra told me?! " I'll have Bobby call you". No apology for the 11 month wait, no nothing. Oh, and Bobby never called. No surprise there. I had to pay another company to have my ceiling fixed. Moral of the story, Millenia home improvements is only friendly when you're paying them. Once they've taken your money, you can forget about the 1 year warranty they put on their work. That warranty is as real as the Easter bunny. Bobby will simply ignore you and hope that you forget and put you on the back burner. They have no integrity. After competitive bidding process our library selected Millenia as lowest bidder and forwarded this bid in a Grant application. Subsequently we were informed that there were major errors in their estimate and the bid would need to be increased over 15%. Based on their poor and questionable performance in the bidding process we chose to move on to a reputable firm that was next lowest bidder. Be careful! read more

I made an appointment to have an estimate on a new roof for our home. I called and made an appointment with the receptionist, and she double booked the Vice President of the company, so he called to reschedule our appointment. After we confirmed our rescheduled appointment, the company called thirty minutes prior to our appointment, I received a phone call stating they would not be keeping the appointment because we are located too far from their company to be competitive. I appreciate their professionalism since I have had five companies not call or show for appointments. read more
