Her team is equally wonderful--kind, patient, and incredibly caring, which I believe is absolutely essential in this line of work. We knew right away that this would be the best place for our son, and we were so right. One of the things we love most is how active and engaged the kids are. They're not cooped up indoors all day--there's a big backyard for playtime, and the kids are regularly taken to a nearby park and library, which was very important to us. I will break this review into different sections: Care Lidiana and all the other care staff are incredibly caring. They made our daughter feel like family every day she was there. Our daughter grew attached to all of them and cared for all of them. She would tell stories or was excited to see each of them the night before. Pick up/drop off and Communication Very easy, we have two kids at the daycare and the staff is very helpful. Lidiana always lets us know when we are running low on supplies so we can make sure to keep our kids well stocked. We also enjoy spending time talking with Lidiana and learning how she is doing, new behaviors, and interesting tidbits about our kid. Food and Cleanliness They take care of all of it, it is very convenient not having to worry about food for our toddler and she is being fed healthy and diverse foods. There are pictures in the app of what they ate that day. The space is very clean, parents are asked to take off their shoes before entering the play area and the backyard is well kept and great for the kids to play. Activities Kids get to do art, go to the library, go to the playground, play in the backyard, there's internal play areas, and a ton of other activities. They also get to learn portuguese. From the beginning, Cindy was fast and communicative. The Daycare was small but it was very clean. No shoes inside, they provide all of the meals, they were understanding of my child's allergies, and most of all, Cindy made my daughter smile so much on her first day! Because it was short term, we paid a daily rate and felt the rate was very fair. Highly recommend this place! We feel great about having a flexible childcare option that is relatively close to us! Cindy was also so accommodating in adding extra days in we would need for babysitting, even in such short notice. She sent pictures every so often, and provided us with the daily routine of what our daughter did/learned on the days she attended. They also helped some of the children potty train, along with reinforcement at home, so the transition goes smoothly. They feed your child breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack. The meals are healthy and delicious. But be warned, our child started requesting "Miguel's lentils" at home and we didn't have the recipe!
