While walking through their campus, I was impressed with the look of a mini college layout. Their swim facilities are clean and forehead temperatures are taken before you are allowed to enter their building. Parking is challenging when parents are picking up or dropping off students. I've been raised on public school educational offerings and understand why this institution has been around since the late 1800's and why parents would consider this college preparatory school over public school education in Omaha, regardless of annual tuition costs.

That means elementary schools use their iPads to do schoolwork. And middle and high schools use their laptops to do schoolwork. They should just give the kids freaking snow days. also the drop off at all schools are kinda crappy and uncoordinated. That one middle school named Andersen the Drop off line it's OK, but the exit is the problem. PS cars are constantly turning in to that lane to get to the parking lot in the back. I don't understand why they can't have a second road leading to the back. This is kind of annoying when I have to go and I get stuck in a traffic jam. I Kinda recommend them, staff are nice and friendly. My brother with autism is well cared for and if he's tired or mad they'll let him take a nap. Really appreciate it. At upchurch elementary they have a turn lane to pick up kids in the fourth and fifth grade area. They have a parking lot near the drop off lane is longer. There are three from 3 doors to leave from, so kindergarten and first grade leave out the front door.. Second graders and third-graders without the second door fourth graders and fifth graders graders leave out the third door. Except for a lot of the parents are kind of idiots. Because apparently the laws of traffic don't apply there. Not trying to be negative. But overall if you want a safe school and friendly staff, but sucky pick up and drop off, I recommend Millard. The inside the schools are clean but lunch is expensive. They do have a free and reduced lunch if you made a certain amount in a year. So this is trying to help.

Teachers have made occasional racist remarks that make students here feel unwelcome and unmotivated to learn. Many of the classes have no point along with the fact that the walls are made of completely cement so it feels like you're in a prison. It always smells and one half of the school is extremely hot while the other is extremely cold. Also, the starting time is 7:55am. Why not just round up to 8:00??????????
