Went there for the first time yesterday because it was conveniently on the way home. Paid over $30 for the worst car wash ever. Both inside and outside wash was terrible. Dashboard was not even wiped down. Will never go back! read more

Just went about 20 minutes ago. My car tire cap got stuck to their machine and broke off the cap along with the valve and sensor for my tire. Got no remorse from manager, not even a sorry. Still paid full price for the service plus having to waste $100 in the mechanic for a new sensor because of their fault! Everyone acted like it was my fault. First and last time coming here! Still left my car dirty read more

Ever since new ownership took over the quality and value are much better. Hasan and his crew provide a great service at competitive prices. Very consistent and willing to please read more

Quality has declined over the past year or so. This was always my favorite car wash because they were very thorough. But the workers seem to have gotten very lazy and don't do a good job anymore. I always have to go home and finish wiping the interior of my car down. Sad that I have to find a few place. read more

Exactly what you look for in a car wash. Convenient location, quick service, impeccable cleaning, reasonable price ($10 for exterior only). They do a touch less car wash, which along with a full hand wash is the only kind of car wash you should ever do. Would definitely visit again. read more

love this car wash. youll get your windows sprayed, vacuumed, car washed, oil on tires, and mats washed for $16. the staff here is quick too and pretty thurough for a quick drive through car wash. read more

Probably the shittiest car wash I've ever had hence the 2.5 stars. Mud spot he's on door panels, soap streaks, weird transient type workers. Seems like an Algerian money laundering shop. They couldn't give 2 shots about your car. read more

I have brought all of our cars (Mercedes and Jaguars) to this location and have ALWAYS had a great job done by friendly, easy going owner and staff. Need something extra, like deep cleaning on your rims? Just ask. In and out pretty quickly, you can actually watch you car go through the brush-less, hand wash, to ensure perfectly efficient cleaning. The owner/manager and his wife are sweet, genuine people who care about you and their business first hand. I have been a happy customer for several years and highly recommend to all: trucks, convertibles (like me!), SUV's etc. Stay CLEAN!!! read more

I can only speak about my personal experience, but my first visit with this car wash was subperb! My car needed a little more attention than average. The first run through didn't quite get it all cleaned, but the gentleman (I believe he was the manager) stepped from behind the counter and personally made sure every spot was gone, inside and outside! I am very appreciative of that, and I'll definitely be back! read more

I stopped here after a day of work in Manhattan...It was a winter day where it had snowed a few nights before...My car needed that 'get the salt off' kinda wash...This place is on Rt 3 westbound by the big mall in Secacus...Its kind of alarming because due to the wash tunnel facing the opposite way traffic flows, you see headlights coming at you on the same side of the road... Anyway... This is one of those hand wash places where the guys use large padded mitts to wash the car...They did a great job on my car and got every bit of salt off...The interior of the building leaves much to be desired, as it's old and run down, but they did have a nice selection of 'extras' by the register...I even bought a pair of deer whistles!.. I also noticed a lot of Town Cars and Escalades getting washed...This seems to be the place where all the limo drivers stop... I see the former reviewer had a bad experience here, but I thought it was good...Maybe its hit or miss... read more

Geez...there was a long line at the place where we regularly go to wash the truck. Big mistake..and i didnt check Yelp to check reviews before I went to this place to wash my truck. The reviews are not wrong. There was dirt on bottom side panels, on the rear bumper, soap stains on the side view mirrors, did i mention the tires! 4 to 6 guys wiping the truck as it came out and still a mess? I will be more patient the next time and go to my regular place!! read more

Got the package called "protection" pod $16 to leave my car dirty? I had to come back and tell them the seats were dirty, which they were and they left the car wet?!?! Never again read more

Mill Creek Carwash - Right out of the wash and still dirty? - Car Wash Near Me - Secaucus, New Jersey

I never, never, never leave reviews for any business unless it's a very bad experience. This car wash looks nice from a distance, as they are in a nice building. That's where the pleasant experience stops. By far the laziest car wash staff I've ever seen...moving almost in slow motion, huge effort to do anything. Three guys out back fixing bicycles instead of helping clean the cars. I went on a slow Tuesday morning, there was one other car being cleaned, and it still took me almost 30 minutes. Also stood at the register for a good 10 minutes before being helped, as the cashier was hanging out with the guys fixing the bicycles. The two guys who were doing the drying/polishing/window washing were even slower than the guys inside and looked like they had no idea what was going on. They also could only manage to clean three of four windows. Never going back. read more

Horrible! I purchased the full service and they didn't even vacuum the interior of my car. I had to point some spot on the exterior as well and by the end of it I didn't have the time or the energy to argue with them. Without a doubt, my worst car wash experience so far. If you're looking for something thorough and detailed please look elsewhere, you won't get it here. Some other review mentioned to just let them know the issue and they'll do it over...if I want it to go there to tell them how to do their jobs I just might as well wash the car myself. A total waste of time and money. read more

A clown show. Overpriced and work is not good. Staff did not seem to care. They acted like they were doing me a favor. Any idiot can wash a car particularly when you are using a machine to do most of the work. It is what happens afterwards. The drying...vacuuming..windows..etc. That is what separates a quality car wash from this one. Stay away read more

I live locally. I came to this car wash once a long time ago. I was doing errands at Walmart and on my way back I decided to stop by, I paid $11.99 and had the worst car wash ever. They didn't vaccum the interior or wipe down anything including the seats, the inner windshield window and arm rest. It literally looked the exact same when the wash was done. I confronted the attendant and he "re-vaccumed" the car and only because I stated it wasn't vaccumed. They vaccumed the driver seat rug and did not continue to wipe down everything. I was so upset I didn't want to cause more of a hassle to wait while they basically RE-DO the entire car wash, so I left. I will never go back and I do not recommended wasting your time or money going there. read more

Great wash, inside and out. They were very thorough. Also their location is extremely convenient if you live in the north end of Secaucus. I hit the car wash after shopping and can get home before my ice cream melts! read more

Is it at the car wash today as for the AA wash which is their premium $24.99. I was absolutely disappointed with the false advertisement on the sign stating that it included rain X on the windows which in all reality it is just formulated in the soap on the machine. The wash was below mediocre my windows were left dirtier then when I arrived. I have a pulled in the next parking lot and dry the rest of the car myself because there were water spots everywhere. I would definitely not recommend this car wash. read more

Great Hand Carwash and friendly staff, also there's a large selection of air fresheners and personal items to nicely customize your car's interior. read more

I just detailed my car at MillCreek Car Wash a couple days ago and was very pleased with the work done on the car. The place is very clean and seems new. This carwash is very conveniently located on rt3 west on the way back from NYC. However, you have to take the Secaucus Service Road to reach the entrance of the car wash read more

WHEN ARE THESE PEOPLE EVER OPEN.I NEVER SEE THEM OPEN WHEN I STOP? Maybe because of the prices they are not anymore. The reviews here are about a year or more older .I know the one time I stopped to ask how much ( not posted and I know why) it cost for a cargo van. Since I had to get in line because no one could tell me before hand (I guess it was a made up price that day.I was very nice to them until They Gave Me Their Price. I guess they expected me to stay in line. The sign said "we do vans "but they could not give me a price until it became my turn. ! They charged a guy ahead of me 20 bucks in his p/u truck. But me? #/&% $? $ 35 !! I got out of line even though they were surprised I did. People were not happy and neither was I It was a long wait. Then everytime I go back with my car they seem to be closed.I do not know what that charge will be. Still I need to know before I write them off what a car costs. read more
