This may be one of the worst carwashes I've ever been to! You pay for everything but your car is still filthy when you get it back. It's so funny because years ago I had an issue with them and they stole my easy pass and I thought maybe six or seven years later maybe they have a different staff and have improved... The pictures tell you everything you need to know... Have fun paying $40 for an unclean car. Literally got this car washed like five minutes ago. read more

I have noticed a big difference in customer service depending on who is working. The weekend cashier is always friendly, welcoming, and very sweet, which makes for a great experience. Unfortunately, during the week, the cashier often has a rude attitude and seems bothered when helping customers. I hope management can address this so the customer service is consistently positive. Recommend going on weekends read more

My daughter's car was parked under a tree and the paint was stained. I didn't have time for a detail, but paid for the VIP wash. The guys ran it through, then used a special cleaner to buff the stains out, and ran it through the wash a second time!!! No extra charge, and the car looked brand new. Plus , they were all super friendly and nice. read more

Windshield is covered in wax coating. My Rainex coating on the windshield is ruined, and it is very hard to see in the rain. The staff used the same rag for wheels and windows. Will not be coming back read more

We've always driven by this place and finally decided to go today, and it was great! The manager and the staff were all very nice and outgoing, and it was a fairly reasonable price for a good car wash as far as living in a city goes. We will definitely be back again in the future. read more

Took my brand new honda civic to get the first car wash and this location messedup my paint and nobody want to do anything about it. Spoke to the owner and they only did a wax(terrible job) and now my paint its just horrible all over. read more

Abysmal is the only word I can think of. Absolutely disappointed -- would not recommend. I brought my car in for their top-tier wash, expecting a thorough clean inside and out. What I got was a rushed, careless job that left my car in worse shape than when I arrived. The interior was barely touched -- dust everywhere, dog fur and dirt still in the back, and they only vacuumed the front. To make matters worse, they smeared a thick, greasy product all over my dashboard and seats. It looks awful and has now left stains on the fabric. The windows weren't cleaned, and there are still fingerprints and marks on the glass. I honestly think I could have done a better job with a couple of paper towels and some Windex. Total waste of money. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. read more

$30 for a full service car wash. The ritz And it's extra to vacuum the interior Extra to clean the wheels. Horrible service and I don't know how they have been in business this long at this location but when you're the only car wash in town, people get taken advantage of. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR. Owner is a JERK and will treat you like an idiot and tell you the wind did it. Car is marred with paint swirls all over BRAND NEW 2025. Owner refused to do anything and told me to take my business elsewhere. They have absolutely no regard for their customers and will lie to your face and never admit responsibility. I just left Riverfront car wash with my pick up truck. They had ripped all of the molding off the top of my car and just handed it back to me with no solution the car even after being washed and pulling off away from the car wash, it's filthy dirty I paid $28 to have my car damaged. I have so would suggest anyone not to use the service they're much better car washes around at least ones that would be responsible if they damage your car not tell you oh well. read more

Every time I stop here, because it's convenient to me, I end up regretting it. Everything they do is half assed. On my way home. I find myself fixing things that they should've done the first time. Dust all over my dashboard. Only part of the inside windshield is cleaned. There is always water dropping from the door jams. And visible spots on the outside of the car that the other car wash in Hoboken would have caught and fixed. I've tried different price points here thinking the higher prices levels would have more attention to detail. Nope. It seems to be a popular location, but I will never understand why people don't pay the extra $5 to have a real, quality, attention to detail wash at the competitor on Observer Highway. read more

I have to say, having just spent $25 to have my car cleaned, feeling underwhelmed is an understatement. The washing of the outside of the car was poor with plenty of dirty spots and dead bugs. They might go through the motions of cleaning but it's an awful, expensive "service." I absolutely will NOT return. read more

I waited more than 30 minutes, the car was delivered to me with the same dust, they did not dry the soap and water. The staff was rude. They asked me if I wanted me to wash it. Coming to this car wash is wasting your money. The trash. Espere más de 30 minutos, el carro me lo entregaron con el mismo polvo, no secaron el agua y el jabón. El personal fue grosero. Me dijeron que si quería que lo lavara yo. Venir a este car wash el tirar tu dinero. la basura. read more

Don't waste your time with this car wash. They do a horrible job vacuuming the inside of your car and their car wash doesn't actually wash the underside of your vehicle. If you think that taking your car is going to get all of that winter salt off of your frame then think again. read more

After paying and waiting for my car for a half hour my car came out with dirt and bird poop still on it they refused to finish cleaning it and told me to wash it myself and other car cleaner told me me it wasn't dirt it was paint and I needed to get my car repainted. After cleaning it myself I discovered this was false it was just dirt and they were being lazy. I will never return here, ever! read more

$16 for a simple wash + vacuum; couldn't tell if the undercarriage was washed much at all. Perhaps the VIP wash is better, but the towels they used to dry the car left little pieces of themselves all over. Rather disappointing. At least they take credit card. read more

What is good about this car wash is also what is bad about this car wash. The wash and other associated and limited cleaning process is very quick but that means they do not give your car more than a cursory cleaning. For $20 it would not be a bad wash but they've raised prices recently - and somewhat understandably due to inflation - so the cost is a bit high for the actual services rendered. I think the price is closer to $30 for a SUV and a wash that is a step or two above the basic wash (ie it includes a tire shine) read more

Despite my better judgement, I went here this morning. I knew from the 90;s that this place was not particularly good, but my car sat for 2 weeks and was really dirty. The front of the car is not clean, at all. The towels (rags??) they used to dry the car couldn't have been clean, because there are now amazing scratches in my cars hood and roof that were not there before. I am pretty sure they are just in the wax/top coat and can be removed - well, I hope they can, because I am about to go wash the car by hand and wax it to hopefully get some of these scratches out. I miss the self wash place up in the heights/UC they tore down a bit ago, that was the best option. read more

I'm not sure if my car looks better or worse after the "wash". It was left still dirty, the back window looked like they slid their hands down it and then wiped it with a dirty rag. They didn't even dust off the dashboard much less wipe it down, and the rear view mirror was all spotted. Not sure if they even vacuumed the floors. I asked the guy to at least wipe off the dirt that was still stuck to the side door and he told me to pull around to the corner. After waiting for a while and seeing that no one was coming I just left. The wash and dry was so terrible that even having him clean off those spots would've made no difference with everything else. Do not recommend this place at all! read more

By far the worst car wash. They wash cars by going thru the motions. Is the car clean? Nope. The front was left dirty had to go back and tell them. Paid for the Ritz and had to remind them to tire shine. An absolute embarrassment. I wish I read the reviews and went elsewhere. read more

This car wash is not worth the money. I paid for an interior detailing, and it looks like they just wiped it down with a wet rag. For $28 plus tip , cup holders were dirty, they don't clean the floor mats, the car was still wet with soap suds and they broke the rear panel. when I complained to the manager, he said " I'm doing you a favor for $28 !" horrible attitude. Folks, please take your business elsewhere. read more

5 star car wash- but the full interior/exterior detail for $220 is a top service to make your car look and feel new again. I have brought 2 cars here with minor scratches from parallel parking and even a rear ending and the wax buffed the cars to the point that they were significantly less noticeable. The leather conditioning throughout made the car look new. They detailed and cleaned from the door jams to trunk. Worth every penny, my Acura is 7 years old and looks brand new again - thanks guys! read more

I used to go here, but I've noticed their service has deteriorated. What used to come out as an excellent and spotless wash now comes out with bug guts, tar, and dirty water marks. If your looking for a very quick exterior wash, come here. For attention to detail and a good scrub, look elsewhere. For bigger vehicles I wouldn't recommend this place, the entrance is very tight. read more

The absolute worst car wash I've ever had. I'm fairly certain that they just took a wet dirty rag and touched a few spots on the interior to make it looked like they cleaned. We had to ask for them to come back into the car to actually make an attempt at cleaning the center console and cup holders. It was only minutes later that we parked to discover how dirty our front grill was, pretty much completely untouched. read more

My husband and I just bought a new car, 2016 Subaru Outback, about two weeks ago and brought it here for a wash. Bad choice. They ruined the new paint job. Our car doesn't look new anymore. The paint job that had a new, slick, buttery look and feel now has small scratches all over from the back to the top to the front hood of the car. They must be using sandpaper instead of towels. I am livid! If you want to take care of your your new car and keep that shiny, new car paint job, PLEASE DO NOT take your car here. They will mess it up for sure and simply don't care. See another client's photos below of her scratched car. We now have the same thing. Ridiculous! read more

I really did love this place but recently it's been getting kinda crappy. The VIP service for $27 is totally worth it but the a only when they have it. Very sporadic. The normal $14 wash truly sucks. Hose down car, half ass job drying it, and barely do anything in the interior. Not worth the money at all. Stay away!!!! Have Fun read more

Usually very good! But you can't always be sure. They do inconsistent work depending on how busy they are. The guys there work really hard so I hate to complain but I'm not always happy with the job done. read more

This is a terrible place to get your car cleaned. First and foremost I paid $16 and my car wasn't fully cleaned-- there was still bird droppings on my car rear windshield right after being washed. I had already tipped these guys $5 extra so I walked over and explained in Spanish that my car still had shit on it. One guy goes over and attempts to clean my car for a second time. He gives a few swipes of the rag and walks away again but the bird shit is still there. What is the point of getting my car washed if you aren't going to clean it properly?! I know I sound like a nit picker but there were some big droppings that obstructed my rear view vision. I was warranted to say something; it's like going to the dry cleaners and having the stain still on there. I walk inside and talk with a very unpleasant girl. She did not want to bothered with this and really did not care. This is customer service, if you don't like doing that, then find another job! I explained my situation to which she replied, 'what would you like me to do about?' I said that your company did not perform satisfactory because my car is still dirty and I would like it cleaned again or please refund my money. She curtly said 'no' and I said you lost me as a customer. I was polite the whole time and wasn't going to get upset. I was lucky enough to have this happen the first time going there so I won't be back. I read the other Yelp review about missing money and my loose change was missing as well. High prices mixed with mediocre work and horrible customer service experience topped off with theft means I drive a little further into Hoboken to give my business to a company that appreciates it. read more
