Kahuna Window Cleaning

We had our exterior windows washed today and once again are so pleased. We have always had great…read morecrews and today was no different. Ash was very thorough, competent and friendly. He made sure we checked the windows and were satisfied before he put equipment away. We highly recommend Kahuna Window Cleaning, you won't be disappointed.

We have had Kahuna clean our windows for years as they have done a great job with ladders, and…read moresqueegees. I've TIPPED their techs that have done well. We generally do full home in spring (50+ panes) and also set up a partial cleaning in the fall. I appreciate the fact that they would hand wash and squeegee the windows - what you pay for using a professional window cleaning service....until today. Today the tech used a pole system that hooks up to our house where the water and soap gives out a continuous spray on the windows. Not just the high windows - all windows (even those at ground level/the windows on the doors). Using this system, the water just air dries. As it was done, water ran down the house siding, there were puddles of water all over the lawn furniture (I guess it's clean water...but what a mess). This was news to me and I was told by the tech some techs choose to do it this way versus hand wash/squeegee off. As a customer - should be told BEFORE the job/even scheduling. For Kahuna...much quicker labor/faster. The kicker - same price. Make sure you ask and are clear about what you are getting. I called the office to inquire and was told all windows should be hand washed if reachable by a ladder as the tech was using the pole system on my basement window. I was offered a discount bringing my job down to $300 and if they didn't dry correctly, they'd come back.
