Found this place after initially going to buy a suite from a well known chain across the road but…read moredid not want to wait 12 weeks for delivery! Glad I did as they had an almost identical suite at half of the price and was delivered in less than a week! They had an immense range and you can choose your own colours and fabrics. Having told a few friends it appears that some had bought suites from here years ago that are still going strong - highly recommend. I have since discovered that they have a website and you can purchase online so am now about to purchase a bed too :-)

They sell all sorts of furniture but do a lot of solid pine pieces, such as beds, shelving units, tables and bedroom furniture. They also sell sofas and some homeware pieces too such as dinner sets and storage tins. The shops is set over two floors, with a few little rooms as well as the main showroom piece, so it is quite an interesting shop to look around. They offer a delivery service too. If you are looking for a piece of furniture that is a bit different from the main well known stores and like good solid pieces, then you should try this store.

I was expecting to be mobbed by sales people hungry for commission trying to push me into a deal,but this was not the case. I was approached by a member of the sales team and asked if I needed help. When I said I was just browsing, he left me to it and said to just shout if I needed any assistance. This was great and made me feel at ease. I did end up buying two sofas from this store and the salesman was really helpful and friendly and not pushy in the slightest. I really liked the layout of the store, the range of sofas and chairs was great and I was really impressed by the service. There is plenty of free parking in the large car park too.

It is easy to get too without getting stuck in too much traffic, but it can be a nightmare trying to get out of the carpark in the retail park when it is busy. You can queue for ages, especially on a Saturday morning, so best avoided then. The store sells anything that you could want in your home in the way of furnishings, bed covers, cushions, curtains, ornaments, crockery, blinds, pictures and wall hangings, towels and bathroom accessories and so much more. The items are reasonably priced and there are often sales too. It has a good range and the store is fairly large with two floors. They offer a made to measure curtain service as well as the ready made ones although I have never used this. The ranges are good and it is a place that I like to browse around and often pick up new bits and bobs for my home in here. If you are looking for a home furnishing store that won't break the bank then Dunelm Mill is a good place to start.

Also what has to be the biggest range of covered cushions I've ever seen and the cheapest microfibre cloths. If you haven't discovered microfibre cloths yet, get down there. They even have a small craft section and, last time I went in, a comedy sign advertising "stationary" bless them. Good shop though and always well worth a visit.

The staff could not have been more helpful and they have a really wide range of carpets and vinyls. They're not the cheapest but the service is great and very reliable and who wants cheap carpets after all. We have used them for three rooms now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Well Buywise looks like a tiny place from the front but it's definitely a LOT bigger than it looks, it's huge inside seems to go back forever! The chap who runs the place is brill too. Definitely my sort of person, not pushy, gives a crap and really did his best for us. We knew what we wanted in terms of fridge as we'd already looked it all up on the internet, so really all we were asking was a) can you get it, and b) how much. Well he not only was able to get it and at £10 cheaper than we'd managed on the net (including delivery), but he was able to get it sorted and delivered within a week and on the day we chose which was excellent. The washing machine we hadn't really decided on, but we knew we needed one where the door opened right back, and he was able to steer us to a good model that suited out price range and what we wanted it to do, and that came with a really good long warranty too.
