I would NOT recommend MILK INTERIORS !!! Initially the owner is very friendly but is clearly trying to get a sale in. Our sofas arrived 3 months late and were marked quite badly. I have sent several emails, made several calls nearly everyday since September last year however MILK interiors still wont respond to me with a resolution. I was told to send in photographs of the marks on the sofa, which I did. However after chasing the owner again and again the new story is that apparently my photographs are not good enough !! Can you believe I was then told I had to send photographs in AGAIN !! What a complete Joke ! Time wasters if you ask me. Any way I will keep chasing Milk interiors until my sofas are in perfect condition will he answer my calls ???? NO Will he call me back ? Good service. I am sick of going to furniture shops where the staff can't be bothered and don't know a thing, but the guys at Milk were great. Me and my wife spent a good 2 hours with one of the guys there and he was really helpful nothing was too much bother. My other half kept apologising for us taking up so much time, but we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. When the sofa and table was delivered the delivery guys came in and assembled the sofa . There was a minor issue with missing leather wax cleaner, but this was quickly sorted by the delivery people as they delivered it during the week. Really efficient throughout, which is not something I can say about some other stores I've delt with. Delivery did take about 12 weeks even though he mentioned 8-12 but it was well worth the wait. read more

If I could give half a star I would! Sofa arrived months late. Owner told me it was due to Chinese New Year which was actually due in 3 weeks time?? He is full of lies! Sofa came missing legs and wheels for one of the stools. He kept telling me he would post them and even took pictures so I could see if they were correct yet I've never received them! So if he had them why wouldn't he post them? Because he's an absolute ar5e! Nearly a year later I am still fighting him for them! He may have nice looking products for sale but do your research! I ordered a large corner sofa from Milk interiors from their showroom in luton as my brother had already ordered and told me about them, The delivery took slightly longer than expected all in all but the sofa has now been delivered and is exceptional quality. On the day of delivery I was called 1 hour before arrival by the delivery men, when they arrived they carried all of the parts to our livingroom, assembled the sofa. I made my purchase over the phone which was a bit nerve racking but three months came and went and my sofa came on time and delivered by very helpful people. I was nervous after never having seen one of the products or sat on the sofa i bought, however all the nerves disappeared when the sofa was unwrapped from it's packaging.
