This butcher's shop is awesome. Friendly counter workers who are happy to see if they have what you want or to ask any of the friendly butchers to cut it fresh for you. Very large selection of fresh cuts of prime meats and also some prepared foods. Freezers with many different varieties of hamburgers, bacon and other cuts. A selection of spices, sauces breads and beverages to go with it. And the ladies at the checkout are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this if you are in the Beaver County area heck if you live anywhere around Pittsburgh this place is worth a trip! read more

As a kid growing up my grandfather owned the local butcher shop and was well known for quality. This place is a lot like what I grew up with. It's the only place I buy meat anymore. At Christmas I get a large cut and tied standing rib roast from them. It has been excellent each time. read more

Staff are friendly and know their meats!!! Busy on Saturday's because they have the best grain fed cattle in the area and their pork and chicken and lamb are of excellent quality. Love that their shop has a little bit of everything so in case you forgot something at the grocery store...it's there. From frozen veggies to pasta to salad dressing. read more

I'm from Texas and my wife was born and raised here in Beaver Falls so one would think she would have piped up early on in our relationship about an old school butcher within 10 mins of our house that raises their own beef and sources many (...and I mean MANY) types of meats. They are highly accommodating to the small buyer (i.e. not ordering a 1/2 or whole cow or pig), yet they will allow you to provide your own cut sheet for a whole animal. They have smoked meat options, they have stuffed goodies (mushrooms, hot/mild peppers, pork chops, chicken breasts...probably more but I can't think of them at the moment), they prepare holiday meats for you (i.e. turkeys/hams/lamb/others), they have pies, they have soup bones, they have sauces, condiments...did I forget the bacon? Yes! They have all kinds of sausages, offer "bone in" and "boneless" of every cut you can imagine. If you live nearby and are a dyed in the wool carnivore as I am, you should kiss the ground and thank the big guy above that you live near this place. My various grills haven't been the same since I discovered this place...we be grillin' and smokin' ALL the time. In a nutshell, if that can be said after a review such as this, this place is heaven on earth for those that love MEAT!!! Get there already...and git 'er dun on that grill already! read more

Not very pleased with my purchase. Requested 10 servings of beef short rib, the woman on the phone was rude, seemed annoyed at the idea of having them English cut - who really has them cut another way? Showed up and the butchers also had an attitude, asked me if I wanted more than 10 servings... odd customer service to question the customer. They very quickly cut them up and threw them in a bag, no offering for me to view or choose which cuts I want. The cuts were of wildly different sizes and some cuts were frankly poor in quality, with large bits of meat dangling off the main short rib section. I actually ended up swinging by Walmart to buy additional short ribs, and when cooking all them together, the milk house ones tended to fall apart, and not in a good way. While I prefer to support local business rather than shopping at big stores (eg Walmart) I don't think I'll be back. They seemed to have a nice selection of other meats though. read more

In 2017 my family purchased a smoked turkey for thanksgiving and smoked ham for Christmas , just enough smoke !!! Meat was super high quality and fresh. As always the customer service is 2nd to none and my family looks forward to the re-opening of the business !!! read more

Best quality of meat in near the upper Allegheny, east Beaver, western Butler county areas-I always stock up on everything I need and its nice knowing and having the confidence where your product is coming from and being raised. Prices are reasonable. The folks are hardworking and super accommodating. In the fall for Steelers/Penn State football games in the fall-we'll get beef brisket-which we've served up to 25+ people and our friends always say great quality of meat. Picked up some of the best filets I've ever had. Nothing like a local butcher nestled in the farm hills of Appalachia. When everyone was panic buying grocery store meat during the lockdown, Milk House was there to supply us all! All of the beef was wonderful. Best kept secret in Beaver County PENNSYLVANIA! Fresh Organic beef, pork and chicken. Antibiotic free. Can buy per piece or an entire cow or pig, they will cut and pack the way you want. This is a must go to place. In the fall they even have elk! Give it a try, you can't go wrong. And it is cheaper then most lock local grocery stores. The staff is fantastic. read more

Where do I begin? Ok so I just moved to the Pittsburgh area. I had said to myself....(self) I wish I knew where a meat market was. So anyway I am riding along minding my own business and.......BOOM!!!!!! No it wasn't an exploding bomb silly. It was a sign stuck in the ground near Walmart with an advertisement for Milk House Meats. The name was a little strange....which is what really caught my attention. So I googled it when I parked. Anyway my sister and I went in to go check out their meats. They have meat packages for you to buy different meats for a good deal. I mean I've seen cheaper prices before, but you get what you pay for with Milk House Meats. Quality...Fresh meat...and Great service!!!! I felt like I had stepped back into time. They were so nice and it's family ran which is awesome! When I tell you that the meat is super FRESH....IT'S FRESSSSSSSH! They have meat packages pre selected but they will allow you to customize your own package to suit your needs or likes. The hamburger meat is Awesome. Good boneless pork chops. Sweet sausage is also delicious. Everything they have isn't listed on their website so if you want something that you don't see on the site just ask them for it. My sister is a fan of Ox Tails(ewwww) she asked and they had it. The place is located in BEAVER FALLS....kind of off the beaten path...but its worth the drive. Great business. Beautiful farm and butcher shop located outside of Beaver Falls in North Sewickley township. They have the best meats around and are very competitive pricewise. There seems to be a misconception with some people I've talked to that you can only buy meat packages and sides, which is not the case. You can get small orders, and they have a full meat case. Great personal service from the owner and his family. Way better quality than the meat at the grocery store. What's not to like? If you haven't tried them, you are seriously missing out. read more
