The person helping me said they only had a little bit left. She showed me more bison ground meat and steaks than I have ever seen in one place. She said they butchered a bison and this was all that was left. I stocked up. I look forward to going back and stocking my freezer. Note: They are closed on Sundays.

Anyway, this Herb Brittney's Smokehouse contained a freezer of meats and some seafoods, a few refrigerated display cases of meats, and shelves of non-meats (e.g., seasonings, jams, and noodles). My husband had expected a larger selection of meats, so he chose nothing. I purchased some ham and bacon. Two employees promptly greeted us, rang up my purchase, and thanked me.
