Good family activities. Membership is reasonable and they offer a lot of activities to keep kids busy. But the summer programs are pricey.

I like how the weight lifting platforms are outside since I usually work out at night, the cool air feels amazing. Not to mention this location has a turf area to do things like farmer carries and sled pushes. They have a unique lay out and different equipment you don't normally find at other 24s on island. Staff are super friendly and helpful, too. Only downside is found was that there's no pool or sauna/steam room. Granted, those amenities arent available at every location but the addition of either one of those would make it 5 stars for me. 10/10 recommend the commute at least once!

And that's what we get from the person at the front desk!? The first encounter to your gym?! 24 hour fitness has been a part of my breast cancer survival and it has now been 35 weeks since my last final breast cancer surgery. This week would be the start of the 36th week..... T***** says as we walk in - my husband says "she's with me on a buddy pass"... she had no smile no nothing except... "did you update your pass number to check in"... this I didn't do as she mentioned it will cancel out my current membership (that is only for Kaneohe, Bishop and Hawaii Kai). I don't want to cancel my membership (or the other THREE MEMERSHIPS I pay for at 24 hour- yes a total of FOUR memberships for our family). I literally only want to check in for the streaks that I accumulated since my last and final cancer surgery. It's probably all about the sale as she did mention "we will get dinged for not addressing it". I'm sure that means not addressing a sale. You all need to do better. We pay for a total of 4 memberships and you won't let me just get a checkin for to keep my streak going? (It's not even about the points- cause one point will not cash in anything significant) the streak is worth so much more to me and is priceless in this cancer journey. And yes it does mean a lot to keep this "post- breast cancer fight" going. Yes the streak does encourage me. You need to do better. It's more than a "sale" it's about health - isn't that the promotion of 24 hour fitness? How hard is it to say - "oh this person who we have a red screen on- she had a sport membership and is on a buddy pass with her husband".... You all do make a good sale with 2 of the other memberships we pay a good price for that aren't from 1998 like mines n hubbys.... That's over 27 years with your gym

Coach Taz is a Top Tier trainer with the knowledge to get you where you need to go in your fitness journey. His approach of "each client is different" is great because it targets YOUR specific needs. His gym is conveniently located right off of the freeway so very easy to find. He keeps hand sanitizer at the door and is constantly disinfecting the workout equipment as you go so you know it's clean. He also gives his clients nutritional knowledge so that we can be aware of what we eat as well (which is awesome) Since coming to Gifted N Fitted the pounds have literally been melting off! From initially inquiring about personal training, Coach Taz was professional and prompt to respond and called me to review my goals and to see what would be a good fit for me and my boyfriend. He recommended the 3x/week hourly sessions with him as well as nutritional education. One of the good things about Gifted N Fitted was the fact that I could go on a payment plan; something that 24 hour fitness was unable to offer me in the past. The price is very reasonable, especially when comparing to other personal trainers at big gyms; the payment plan definitely helped me get started with my weight loss journey while not breaking my wallet! During the workouts, Coach Taz explains each exercise and is so encouraging throughout, even when I may feel like giving up, he's right there saying "10 more seconds! You can do it! You can do anything in 10 seconds" and lots more encouragement that really pushes you. He offers you to use his equipment to stretch after the workout and is never in a rush to answer questions. He also taught us and makes sure that we stretch properly before every workout too. We use the Band App where we communicate, which he also will send us reminders or our times for certain goals we've completed. After our first two months is up, we plan on adding on another month because we're seeing results and don't want to stop! Coach Taz is definitely someone we will be keeping in touch with throughout our fitness journey as he's given us this opportunity and push that we needed to get started. He's flexible with scheduling so was able to meet our needs to when we can workout. I could keep going on and on but he is definitely someone I recommend 100%. I thank him for everything he's helped us with so far!

I've just about tried it all! What brought me in to try the day pass at GyFitness was (1) the dozens of machine options compared to smaller gyms (2) locally owned small business (3) hours are longer than other boutique gyms, and (4) location. I chose to do a month to month membership for $85/month plus tax. I'm happy I did because I ended up needing to cancel due to two bad back injuries and a tear in my knee (not related to working out!). This month to month allowed me to cancel vs. on a long term contract, but the owner Rose and her specialist walked me through the process with grace The crowd is a mix of local, some military, and age range mostly college age up to 50s for the most part. People keep to themselves but the local vibe made me feel comfortable and less judged compared to other gyms, especially after weight gain. There are multiples of most machines, and enough stair masters and treadmills to go around! Office staff was consistently kind and helpful, you can tell the owners are involved on the daily based on the service the staff offers. Bathrooms on the smaller side but clean, and bring your own lock for a locker. The 24 hour option at GyFitness isn't much more expensive than the limited hour option for those who prefer a more empty gym or work early/late. Parking can get busy at peak hours, but you're right next to Costco and two small restaurant centers so the most you'll walk is a minute or two from your car if you don't want to wait for a spot. It's a nice gym if you work Mililani/Ewa/Schofield but live in town, pull over to this gym right off the H2 and get a work out in until traffic dies down. 5 stars!

So if you're joining for basketball - stop right now and don't join! I figured other basketball lovers would want this heads up. My husband only joined 24 hour fitness because it has an indoor basketball court. He and many of his friends that he plays basketball with there also are members because of the basketball court. They are looking at leaving as well. In fact, my husband went to talk to someone at the desk about a refund since he got an annual membership (because that's how he excited he was about the basketball court, and the staff said yesterday 'everybody is upset and there are so many people that use that basketball court' -like even she's confused.) This is the only 24 hour fitness on the island (to my knowledge) with an indoor basketball court. In fact, indoor courts are really hard to find on the island. It boggles my mind that leadership doesn't understand how big-time basketball is on this island. This basketball court is always full generally of people playing basketball, but also people working out. On an island full of outdoor grass with beautiful weather with plenty of access to grass, you're gonna close the basketball court? With the current set up, people can work out indoors in the rain. Adding a turf area doesn't change that. With a current set up, people can play basketball indoors during the rainy season. Removing the basketball court means losing an important market of people who want to play basketball when it rains and during bad weather. I guess they're ready to lose a lot of members, and lose future members. It's a sad day for Oahu.

From our initial inquiry, the level of professionalism and genuine care exhibited by your team truly set your establishment apart. Our exceptional experience began with a simple phone call. The following day, we were delighted to receive a detailed follow-up from Ms. Marie Fujii. Her comprehensive explanation of all available classes, coupled with her proactive text message providing the full schedule and thoughtfully highlighting those best suited for our daughter, was truly remarkable. It was Ms. Fujii's unparalleled dedication to client support and her clear expertise that decisively influenced our choice to entrust our daughter's training to UFC Waikele. This decision led us to the immense privilege of meeting Coach Gabriel and his wife, Felicia. Their profound passion for the art of Jiu Jitsu is truly infectious. In just a single session, they not only imparted critical techniques and strategic insights but also ignited a deeper level of confidence and understanding within our daughter. The depth of knowledge and practical experience she gained, fueled by their exceptional guidance, will undoubtedly be instrumental in her upcoming competition and future growth in the sport. We feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with such inspiring mentors. Our daughter's appreciation for Coach Gabriel and Felicia's tutelage is immense, and we are equally grateful for the profound impact they've had. This newfound understanding is a cornerstone for her continued development in Jiu Jitsu. We wholeheartedly endorse UFC Waikele without reservation. While I could elaborate on countless specific moments of exceptional service, I believe the most compelling recommendation is to encourage others to experience firsthand the unparalleled commitment, expertise, and welcoming atmosphere fostered by staff members like Ms. Marie Fujii, Coach Gabriel, and Coach Felicia.
