Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. There were several things that raised concerns for me. First, I found it confusing that the company appeared to operate under three different business names. I also could not find them listed with the Better Business Bureau, and they seemed to be associated with two different magazines, which added to my uncertainty. The advertisements also felt generic and AI-generated rather than professionally customized for my business. Communication was difficult throughout the process, and it was often challenging to get in touch with someone when I had questions. One of the services I was promised was Google Ads marketing. However, after checking Google's Ad Transparency Center, I found that my ad appeared to have run for only one day, which was far less than I had expected. Another major concern was that both the company's website and email address were flagged as potentially malicious by my browser and security software, preventing me from accessing them safely. I also contacted several businesses that the company claimed to have worked with. Of the five businesses I reached out to, only two confirmed they had done business with them, while the other three said they had not. To measure the effectiveness of the advertising, I included a QR code that tracks scans. The campaign resulted in only two scans and generated no calls or website visits that could be attributed to the advertisement. Overall, I did not see any return on my investment and cannot recommend their services based on my experience. The one positive aspect of my experience was Susan from the magazine. If I could give this company a -10 Star review, I would... This morning, I receive a call from Terry at Milestone Marketing Group... She rambles on about things that had zero relevance to my business while trying to sell me an add in one of their Atlanta Publications. She kept pushing me to commit to a 1/4, half or full page ad, but when I told her I was not advertising in any publication that wouldn't share their products with me to review, she mouthed something and hung up!. Be very careful of this company... I called the number back a few times and finally reached another person in sales... I asked where they were located, and I was told Delray Beach, FL. Their webpage will not load, so I am not sure what is going on, but be very careful if they reach out to you! This company took advantage of me. I paid them over $21,000 in a year and a half. It took them six months to build a website only to find out they are not going to optimize it. They say I'm too close to the end of the contract and the person who signed me up didn't put it in the contract that it was supposed to be optimized? So now they feel they don't have to do it? So I got totally screwed over . Please please do not give this company a dollar run away like the plague. This is bad. I've never gotten so screwed over except for by my mechanic. read more

What a scam! Absolutely no business from a "magazine" put together like a 10th grade art project. Seemed legit, seemed to give all the right answers, negotiated a "better" price, etc.... not worth the paper its printed on. Found a class action suit against them in florida as well!! I was persuaded by a very aggressive, high-pressure sales agent to purchase ad space in what was presented as an upscale community magazine for my business. Unfortunately after taking payment fro me, Milestone Marketing Group has failed to provide any proof of the ad, publication details, or final product as they stated would happen. What raised additional concerns for me was receiving multiple calls fro different agents attempting to sell me the exact same ad space after I already committed and paid. The first time. O assumed it was an honest mistake after it ws rushed off casually. However, after it happened again with another representative, it became clear there were serious communication and professionalism issues within their company. I have been unable to reach anyone through the phone numbers provided by the agent I placed the ad with or any other person at this company, which has only added to my frustration and concern. At this point, I feel completely misled and disappointed by the experience and am now considering pursuing legal action to resolve this matter. read more

Fraud. Scam. Garbage. Liars. Thieves. These are the adjectives that are applicable to Milestone Marketing. There's a reason they have such poor reviews from others. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. It IS a business and ultimately after more than 40 attempts, they finally got my ad layout correct. Their print magazine is on garbage paper and it is just a collection of ads. NOT what they sold me on as a high quality luxury magazine. They claim they ran the digital campaign, but never sent me any form of media nor SEO report. When I finally sought my money back for my last payment, they fought me for it and refused to do so. I will now be contacting my bank and fighting them. I may even choose to sue them for the entire balance. I work directly with the United States VA and anytime anyone does anything to hurt our operation, it means they are hurting our precious Veterans. I do not accept that and do not take that lightly. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a marketing company. They've made numerous appointments with me that they haven't kept wasting my valuable time, however that's not the least of it. Management has been extremely rude and disrespectful. Their call representatives act like aggressive telemarketers, repeatedly calling from different fake phone numbers and changing the caller ID to display random names. I went for a job interview with this company and I have never experience so much unprofessionalism. During my interview the interviewee "the owner of the company" was actually "yarning" during the interview. I have never experience so must disrespect. I felt so uncomfortable during the job interview. He not only yarned once ye yarned a second time at this point I was done. How rude! Guess what I would not work for this company because you could not afford to pay me. I should have given him the same energy and yarned back and walked out. Waste of time... Lesson: when you are interviewing a person be respectful, engaging, and always operate with a excellent standards, because you is seating in front of you.
