Dealing with health care, especially in situations like that, can be an overwhelming, frustrating, and scary experience but he made it as easy and seamless as possible. I found My Accounting Center rather by accident - they found me. I actually needed accounting…read moreservices at the time when one of their associates, John F., walked into my office introducing their company. I met with Jay and explained my previous poor and expensive experiences. He was very understanding. Their fees were very reasonable considering my last two accounting companies. At the end of the meeting, I felt comfortable in having them handle my bookkeeping and taxes. I've been working with Margarita on a monthly basis for the bookkeeping. She's very diligent about calling to clarify anything on my bank statements. Both of them have been very responsive to calls and emails. The true test of their services, which came completely unexpected, was an audit by the State Board of Equalization. Jay said they would handle everything as they had experience in this area. This was a first time for me. It was a long, arduous process with a lot of back and forth with the state on a convoluted matter. He was with me every step of the way relaying his meetings and interactions with them. Ultimately, he was able to settle the matter at a significant cost savings. I can't thank him enough for that. He has earned my trust and business. If there is anyone I can refer for any type of accounting needs, it would be to My Accounting Center. Their service is highly personalized - even for small businesses. My only regret is that I didn't find them (or they find me) a long time ago. As far as I'm concerned, you won't be disappointed.

I don't have a single complaint or suggestion for improvement.
