When I asked them to take care of it they said it was my fault and there was "nothing more they could do" because they did not oversee the fertilization and that I may not have watered enough. What is funny is my neighbors lawn was done by them and looks fantastic and they do not have Brian Kyles do their fertilization. Now I have to pay to fix it myself.
