Milanos is the best pizza I've ever eaten hands down.. we moved here last April and had it delivered then came in for the buffet. I believe is a good price for all that you get with it. It's open 11a-2pm everyday. They also have senior and military discounts, just let them know and thank you for your service! I thought at first that it was weird they didn't have pizza already made when you walked in the door, however it isn't made until the first person arrives. I am used to other pizza buffets, but the reasoning made total sense. They want their pizza as fresh as possible for customers and if it sits around waiting it won't be. And who is to know if a customer for the buffet arrives that day. I am an employee here now and everything I've said is the truth and reason I decided to apply. Come by and say hello.. If you have had a "not so great" experience with us in Whitney.. please give us another chance. Let us make it better.. Customer service is what we take pride in.. who knows things happen in our lives that they could have been a bad day as far as how someone seems to be. Last time I will go to this place! Overcharge for everything. Ordered a calzone because the pizza is not very good charged almost 30$ for it and it was burnt cut into bite size pieces trying to hide the fact cheese was nonexistent! Nasty, nasty. I've tried the food a couple times. The first time was pizza that literally tasted like cardboard - not sure they have a pizza oven. The next time I tried a pasta dish that was too salted with overcooked pasta. We ordered the pizza buffet on a Sunday afternoon. The salad was fresh. Of the 3 pizzas I liked the taco pizza best. The Alfredo chicken pizza was good too as was the BBQ chicken. I asked about it and one said she was so thankful that they weren't required and the other said they were doing everything legally required. Had a good experience here today with my family. We were tired and hungry after fishing on the lake all morning and wanted a quick meal after being out. I'm glad we gave this place a chance because we all ended up content with the stop. First, the two employees working while we were there were very kind and welcoming. The restaurant was spacious and clean. All of the food we received was fresh, warm, and tasty. I think we were all surprised by the quality. If you have the choice to eat elsewhere, do so. Called to place an order and was informed they didn't have most if the things we requested. Items we found online for their restaurant. About 25 minutes after placing a new order, received a phone call letting us know that another item we requested was no longer served. Settled for 2 philly cheese steak subs and a couple pizzas. The subs were not amazing, just basic, and tiny. Pizzas were good, nothing spectacular either. We waited 50 minutes for delivery and shortly before we got our order we recieved another phone call telling us they forgot to charge for all our food. This was just too much hassle for a pizza and sub delivery. Delivery guy was very nice and friendly and apologized for all the inconveniences. We will not be ordering from Milanos again. read more

We were camping at the state park and were in town to buy groceries when we saw Milano's had a lunch buffet. Pizza sounded good, and although it was close to time for the buffet to end we took a gamble. Service was great, the restaurant was clean, and though there were not many pizzas out, we were asked if there were any pizzas we would like them to make for us. Pizza was good. Not the best I've ever had but good enough. Lots of cheese, which we like. Crust was chewy and not super thin. Salad bar was typical. Price was good at $5.99 each. I don't recommend this place at all. They send their "spaghetti and meatballs" out looking like dog food and don't do quality assurance before they send out their food. Apparently the cook "forgot" to let the manager know that they ran out of meatballs. So he "improvised" and put hamburger meat or whatever this is instead??? And didn't even think to call us. When I told the manager the issue all she could say was sorry they didn't try to make it right or anything. She asked if It tasted the same as meatballs and laughed when I said im not gonna eat it because it's not what I ordered? Horrible communication all around led to a really pissed off customer. If your food sucks at least make sure your customer service is at least half way better than your dog food looking shit you send out. You'd think being one of the only pizza places in a small town you'd treat your customers better. I just paid $8 for a plate of food That is going straight to the trash. read more
