Only down side is sometimes the pizza takes 40+ minutes to ready so be prepared to have a lengthy wait on the food, and the consistency on the pizza lacks a little as every time I order the spinach and chicken it comes out different every time (sometimes big chunks of chicken, sometimes it's so small it's hard to tell if there is any in it at all) but still has a great taste... other than that we love it! Wow. Over an hour and aa half for a pizza that looks like it has been sitting for an hour. Food safety standards say that food items must be served at safe temperature levels. Room temperature burnt looking pizza is not safe. Chicken wings that are barely Luke warm are even more hazardous. The box was cold the pizza inedible. If you are wanting to wait an hour and forty five minutes for pizza. Might I suggest going to brookshires and buying a digornio pizza. If you don't feel like reading. Long story short, ...AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE ITS FATAL.... Really just done giving this place a chance. If you're in the area, and not quite sure where to get pizza. This is the place to avoid. If not for any of the other bad reviews, mentioning delivery times and rude service. A VERY close childhood friend of mine worked at this place for sometime. As it's a small town I won't mention names, profession or length of employ. They warned me not to eat here, because they prep dough on top of an old deep freezer that was quoted to be chipping paint, and poorly clean their prep stations. Their testiment alone, and personal accounts of being sick after eating here, and the delivery driver making deliverys with a dog in her car, are enough for me. Predating those events, I was of the same mind as many here. Pizza mediocre at best, few options for toppings, few options on the menu, extremely rude employees, don't care, and all of it reflects in their food, and timelines. If you would like good pizza, your best bet is either the Italian spots in town, or honestly even hunt brothers from the gas station. Neither deliver, but at least they're clean, good, and care. This was my worst pizza experience of all time. Short story: terrible pizzas (which were wrong), and even worse customer service (1 hr late, wrong pizzas, no refund, hung up on me twice). I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad at 6:30 p.m. I received my pizzas at 8:30 p.m. The pizzas were completely wrong. I called the driver, who said she'd have to take the pizzas back and redeliver the correct ones. Given that they were an hour late I decided to feed my kids what I could (everything but the jalapeño pizzas), and I decided to call and try to speak to the manager. The manager was too busy, and the employee took my number down. No call. I called right before close, spoke with Patricia, she spoke with the owner Abdul who was standing right there, and said they couldn't refund without me having returned the pizzas. I asked to speak with Abdul, he's apparently left in the 10 seconds it took for her to relay his message. I asked for a refund, she said no and actually hung up the phone on me. I called back, and she said we must have to disconnected (definitely hung up on me). Apparently the owner works 2 days a week, none of which I will be in town for. She said there's nothing she could do, and hung up on me again. Shittiest overall experience I've ever had. read more

My order to go cost $15 more here than at Milano's in Gun Barrel. PLUS, there aren't many toppings. Wide crust because the toppings aren't put any ways near crust edge. I promise you that Milano's in Gun Barrel puts at least 3 times as many toppings on. We will drive further, even with the price of gas, to go to Milano's in Gun Barrel. Would give this place less than one star if I could. Not only did our pizzas show up 1.5 later than estimated, they were someone else's order and covered in jalapeños. Milano's has the best calzone I've had in a while. Pizza is great and sandwiches are ok. Love Gyros but, they make theirs with ranch dressing. (That's one star down) They also advertise (sign out front) "free delivery". When you get the bill they charge you an extra $2. (Another star down). Great Italian food, my personal favorite is the manicotti, but their pizza is awful. That's just my opinion, some people might think that they have the best pizza ever, but it's not my taste. I live in MN, I order some food for my sister in Texas. It clearly stated that you had a choice plain, mild, medium, or hot. I chose plain. The wings were hot. I called the restaurant. They told me I had to call the delivery service I called the delivery service and they called the pizza place and they said they had to wait until the owner get there and the delivery service said they will call me back in 2 hours 5 hours later the delivery service still had call me I called them and I asked him well is there any way my sister can get a salad instead Wings because it's taking so long the gentleman told me that they were to busy and could not do that.
