Now the vehicle is fully serviceable. And a great job was done on it. The price was right and the results were terrific. We were kept informed all along the process of repairs and no surprises. We had this unit serviced 3 years ago at a dealership and it was never right. This is our little tractor around the homestead used for hauling brush and tools for yard work as we maintain several acres. It runs like a new machine now and will give us years of service.

Chris and Lee are no-nonsense, chill, laid back guys that will talk to you about what you want to do, from upgrades and paint jobs (outsourced) to repairs and maintenance... You name it they will take the time to make sure you get what you need - even if not from them! One of our bikes is a "Bobber" that had a serious starting issue... Lee took the time to put it together and take it apart twice to make sure he really fixed it... not just fixed it enough to get it ready to sell. Our other bike is a 2010, H-D Sportster 48XL that they are lifting the tank (after The Paint Shop ATX gets done painting it), moving the ignition and some other "odds and ends" changes on. We've been really happy working with these guys and value their advice, experience and "chill" mode!

Date: 7/15/2026…read more Repair Performed Front Strut Replacement 2-Wheel Alignment Vehicle 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe Issues After Service Sway bar link was not properly secured Steering wheel was off-center Vehicle was pulling to the right I followed up with the shop several days after the repair because the vehicle was still pulling to the right and the steering wheel was off-center. The mechanic confirmed both issues. I was told that the front tires were causing the problem and that the tires were flipped. After this was done, I was told the vehicle was now pulling to the left. I then took the vehicle to Sam's Club to have the tires balanced and rotated and to verify that there was not an issue with the tires. I was reassured that the tires were in good condition and properly balanced. Despite this, the vehicle continued to pull to the right. We were leaving for a trip to Florida in two days, so I took the vehicle to CheckNash to have the alignment and suspension checked before making the 12-hour drive. According to the alignment report from CheckNash, the front toe was significantly out of specification. The amount of misalignment was severe enough that it could have caused premature and uneven wear to the front tires, in addition to making for an unsafe and extremely uncomfortable 12-hour drive with the vehicle constantly pulling to one side. I followed up with QuickAlign regarding the issue. Unfortunately, I was only offered an apology and was not offered a refund or any compensation for the time spent returning to the shop, having the issue rechecked, and ultimately having to pay another shop to properly diagnose and correct the problem. I have used this shop in the past for work that I am unable to complete myself. However, after this experience, I will be looking for a new repair and maintenance shop. I expect repairs to be completed correctly the first time, especially when it involves steering, suspension, and wheel alignment.

I had them replace both bearings and one axle. Now my truck is quiet, running smooth and actually getting 1 mile a gallon better fuel mileage! We called Johnathan and he came over within an hour and ascertained the problem and was able to get the slide in. We We're leaving that day and he assured us that he would call our extended warranty company and get the approval to fix it and fix it while we were gone on our trip. That is exactly what he did, he got the approval and went to work. Before we returned home to the trailer a friend of ours noticed something strange in our master bedroom under the bed. We called Johnathan and arranged for him to meet us when we arrived home. He took a look at the problem and fixed it immediately. We have been very pleased with his work and service.
