After the insurance company got involved and a repair shop was chosen, Dallas somehow became the towing company and that towing charge ballooned to $1,300! From what I understand, all they did was tow it from the original towing company in Booneville to the Westside of Evansville. This is nothing but price gouging and profiteering from somebody's misfortune. Dallas has had a very bad reputation for decades and this is just another example. Avoid them like the plague!

It does not matter, though, as it's the same company with calls being routed through a central location. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. I locked myself and my 11 month old out of our car while at a store yesterday. I called and the guy told me it would be 30-45 minutes but I would receive a call when they were 10 minutes out. After 45 minutes, I called back. I was informed that my technician had a flat and was still at least 45 minutes out (but don't worry, he was just getting ready to call me and let me know). As I explain I've been waiting for close to two hours already (as I first had dealt with insurance and another company) and that I had an 11 month old, the guy offered to call around to see if someone else could get there sooner. After waiting another 15 minutes, I called back and was told (by the same guy) that he once again was getting ready to call and tell me the car actually had rim damage and they wouldn't be able to come at all. I ended up waiting an hour and 5 minutes for this company to cancel on me. And the guy never tried to see if anyway else could help. I was stuck at the store for 3 hours and 45 minutes because of the incompetence of this company (and the other company). My husband had to leave work, go home to get the spare key, and come unlock the door. I will never again use or recommend this company.

I filled out some paperwork (along with where I wanted the truck to go). Well several hours passed by and my mechanic never called me. When I called the mechanic shop to ask what was going on with my vehicle, they informed me that it never arrived. Long story short... This company dropped my car off at the wrong place. Got very rude with me and argued with me promising they dropped it where I asked them to. After a few hours, someone finds it!! (At the wrong place!!) But at this point the shops were closing.. The vehicle finally got to the correct place, but the repair was delayed due to the arrival time... But lucky for me, this tow company said they would not charge me an additional tow fee and that they would waive the first tow charge! I do not recommend! While I do know that we all make mistakes. This was a big one that they argued (pretty well calling me a liar!) until my mechanic shop finally called them. Then it took them a bit to even find it!
