If you have had a bad experience there I hate to say it but it's probably because you're an idiot. I consider this a high end tattoo shop and am happy it's in our small city compared to other shops I'm visited in bigger cities and walked out of. The average price is a $50 non refundable deposit for appointments and $150-$200 per hour depending on the detail and style picked. I highly recommend checking them out.

In any case, bits of other clients' hair covering surfaces isn't professional or sanitary. My hair was layered, not what I'd asked for, I wasn't consulted about the colour of highlights, which were one dimensional (flat looking result), and the foils were poorly done so there is an obvious demarcation where they start. Tried to politely address this with the stylist who dismissed my concern with "wait til it's dry". So disappointed, won't go back, and recommend going elsewhere

Energetic and friendly they always make each visit a pleasant one. I've only ever had waxing done here but they offer a variety of services. They also have a very trendy and unique jewellery display throughout their reception area which I have made a few purchases from. My only complaint would be I wouldn't suggest leaving a voicemail if it picks up when you call to make an appointment, I've never had any luck when I've done so. Wait for when you can actually book directly with one of them personally over the phone. Keep up the great work!

An unassuming salon from the street, once you walk in, you are treated like royalty with the amazing customer service - friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Shelby Raven, the owner, for highlights/colour/style. While I sat waiting for my appointment, I noticed the customers were leaving looked amazing. As for my appointment, Shelby took her time, was focused entirely on me (and not another client, as is the case as some other salons), and was very easy to talk to. As for the end result, I was blown away. My hair never looked so good!!! I was also highly impressed with the salon's recycling initiatives - - virtually everything is recycled. It is a member of the Greencircle Salons (https://www.greencirclesalons.ca/). Cons? (1) I think the online presence could be improved, but then again Shelby only bought the salon about a year ago. (2) The salon should highlight the Greencircle membership more. (Yes, I had to reach for cons). For anyone in the Kawartha region, this salon is a must visit!
