Frank made the experience easy and seamless, giving me a fair price and excellent service even though I didn't have a huge budget and probably didn't look the part of a serious piano buyer. I will always appreciate that he took me seriously and treated me well even though I was a kid. That instrument served me well for many years, but as an adult years later I became interested in the amateur piano classical competition circuit. I knew I would need a higher quality piano that could handle several hours of practice a day, so I purchased another much more expensive instrument from Seta Music. Just like the first time, Frank made the experience easy as could be. He let me demo the instrument multiple times in his showroom and left me alone for several hours in private to enjoy the piano. Delivery was prompt, he was helpful to arrange financing, and everything went as well as it possibly could have with my purchase and delivery experience. During the many years I have been a Seta Music customer, I have encountered a couple of issues with my instruments that required service from the manufacturer. Frank and Seta Music stepped up each and every time, always making sure I was taken care of. I can honestly say that I feel Frank has his customer's backs, and that makes me happy to be a repeat customer. As a repeat customer of Seta Music who has also experienced the high quality of after-sales support that they give (even several years later), I can whole-heartedly recommend Frank to any serious pianist.
