We're Lucky To Have Bob…read more.... My wife and I used Bob's services at least twice since my last Yelp update in May 2024. He still deserves the highest rating. One time, Bob repaired a leak under our kitchen sink which required a variety of contortions for an extended period. We're both well into our retirement years so I'm not quite sure how he did it. Recently, Bob came by to install a new locking system for our front door and took a look at a gas burner that no longer produced a flame, He spent an hour and 15 minutes, but only charged us for an hour. Bob is more like a very helpful friend. "Mr Fix-It"...flexible with his schedule...genial and neighborly (which, fortunately, he actually is).

Everything was done promptly and with great care. My husband and I felt comfortable enough to leave Bill alone in our home each time he worked on something. His pricing is reasonable and I so appreciate him coming out to our home on a Saturday to work on something when that fits our schedule. I will definitely use Bill in the future and would recommend him to anybody.

As a Realtor, I have been getting homes rent ready or ready for sale since 2005 and have roughly…read morecompleted somewhere around 60 projects. We decided to sell a personal property in Pismo Beach. We were fortunate to find Team Handyman to help us. Ronnie pretty much did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and the charges were reasonable. He worked on our property for more than a week. What I really liked best about working with Ronnie is he would address most of these ticky-tacky little things that make a big difference...he addressed them as they came up.... which means the Punch list is not constantly growing and requiring management. When I would bring up these ticky-tacky little things Ronnie would switch gears when convenient and go take care of them almost right away. Which meant I didn't have to think about it anymore or put it on the list or bug him to get it done. I wish other vendors would work that way, a more fluid way to do it, IMHO. Soooo refreshing!!! We really felt like Ronnie and Samantha had our back. If you do the time and material (T & M) option, you may want to save some money by do the shopping yourself, since they have to add a premium to the supplies to cover their vehicle costs as well as being paid shopping time. It can be an uneasy thing to work with an unknown vendor on T&M but we felt the charges were legit, fair, and reasonable. We will miss working with them since they are very nice young family to work with. We highly recommend Team Handyman!!!
