He was supposed to give me an estimate for other work to be done on Monday and again no estimate and again a no show. Tony didn't return my text enquiries on Monday about whether or not he was coming. It's now 11AM so he's obviously he's not coming today. Another 3 hours of my life wasted waiting around. Really disappointed to wait so long and not get help. Definitely not reliable about showing up.

I worked with MAURICIO over text message and on the phone to describe the details of the job, and they were so easy to communicate with on all the details. They did all this work while I was not available to guide them in person... after they left I found that they accidentally missed one part of the job ... so they came the next morning (on a Saturday) to complete the job and again the results are flawless. Not only did he get my dryer going but replaced the arced switches in my fuse box. He installed new GFS in my kitchen (recommended by the inspection).
