Mike and the entire team at Electrical Innovations exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Mike was incredibly communicative and transparent. He took the time to answer all of our questions, worked with us on pricing, and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy. His pricing was not only fair but extremely reasonable for the amount of work that was completed. On the day of the project, Mike arrived with a great crew, and they accomplished an unbelievable amount of work in just one day. They updated our electrical system, handled everything from start to finish, and left us with the peace of mind that our home is now much safer and up to date. The professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work were outstanding. It's rare to find a contractor who is this responsive, honest, and dedicated to doing the job right. I highly recommend Electrical Innovations to anyone needing electrical work, whether it's a small repair or a major upgrade. Mike has absolutely earned our trust, and he'll be our go-to electrician for any future projects. Thank you, Mike and the entire team, for an amazing experience!

You have to watch the pricing - it is extremely high. Yes I approved the work and pricing before…read morehand, but it was run through so quickly that I didn't realize what I was paying. $700 and change to install a waterproof connector in a wire? Took him about 30 minutes. I have since checked with two other electricians I know personally and they said that should have been $120 or so TOPS. Also, had to do a call back because the outside outlet boxes were installed with very sloppy use of silicone sealant. Yes, they did fix it on the callback, but they had to scrape the paint off the house around the fixture to remove all the slathered on sealant. This was in a very visible place right next to my front door. We did sign up for their one year subscription at $16 per month that is supposed to give us discounted services (15% off) but I suspect that any actual work will be much more than 15% over market before discount. Their technicians were friendly and professional, but I was hoping that for an over $2,000 bill the work would have at least been done correctly the first time and the charges would be reasonable. I really hate to give less than five star reviews but I'm giving them a three because they did tell me the pricing up front and I agreed to it, it was only afterwards when I read the actual receipt that I realized how much I was charged. Believe me, when they do my "free" whole house inspection and they make recommendations, I'm going to review them with a fine tooth comb and if necessary get additional quotes. I guess my trust factor isn't what it should be with this company when it comes to pricing.
