It was a full rack of ribs, which arrived not quite warm though the fried potatoes on the side were still hot. Perhaps a little overdone, but I have a very high standard for barbecue. This particular night, I had their "small" all-in platter that samples all the meat -- ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and two sides, coleslaw and grilled veggies were my choice. Cornbread included. Everything was delicious. And the "small" portion was super filling. If I had to be critical, the beer selection is fairly limited. But they've expanded the bar selection since the previous time I was here, so at least they're getting there :) I warmly recommend B-Smokery -- go there today, like now, and get your BBQ grub on!
