Living in FL that tradition has temporarily come to an end. We noticed a lot of tree lots locally and have checked several of them out- Mike's, Dave's and Winterland. We wanted a tall tree and realize that they are not inexpensive! So we arrived on the lot and were immediately greeted by a worker. He was amazing as was his brother. Incredibly helpful and friendly guys! We searched for a tree and found the one we really liked. We wanted to be certain that we weren't just choosing the first tree that we saw, so we decided to leave to check out another lot. That lot was Dave's- not a great experience and you can check my review at Dave's Pumpkin Patch. So we returned to Winterland. The guys welcomed us back and we decided on the tree that we initially had chosen. Again- super friendly and helpful. They gave us the tree- about 9' to 10' for $130.00. It was a fresh tree and we were happy. They took the tree, cut about 1/2 inch off of the bottom, drilled a hole for our spiked stand at home, loaded it up and away we went. They also gave me a ton of trimmings for some home decorations and I was thankful! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Great customer service and friendly faces! Get your live tree from these lovely folks!!!

I have been coming here many years and the one great thing about this place is they have a large selection of MANY types of trees. The super unfortunate part is that they are SUPER inconsistent in their pricing based on who you speak with and their prices keep going up. This years tree was $40 more expensive than the tree last year (last year was even a bigger tree). My tree has a SPLIT trunk this year. I'm so worried it isn't going to last and may dry out now that the trunk is split in half. I will likely continue to purchase trees from them but at almost $150 for a tree that is 7.5 feet tall it is starting to seem a little pricey.

I'm in town for a week, so I decided to purchase my grandkids their Christmas tree. Once you turn in the gate, the trees will greet you We chose a 7ft tree and it's really full and beautiful. The guys here assisted us and the service here is fast. It's so many trees to select, and all shapes plus sizes. My husband, and I, blessed the employees with snacks and cold beverages. I'm really happy I decided to visit here.

Once we had found some trees we were interested, we asked a staff member for further information and he was eager to help and thorough in his information. Knocked off two stars because they're a little pricey and when they strapped the tree to our car it was not properly secured. As we were driving it started slipping off. Luckily we had additional straps in our car and were able to pull over and strap the tree down securely.

And for a local business, this is what you want and this is what you should expect, and this is what you get! So I have no problem taking the extra time and gas going there, especially when they have things that many other places do not. They have produce, plants and a little room with products from the larger Bay Area...along with some other seasonal fun items you can decorate with, etc... And even some gift items. This time, in addition to my pink pineapples....I also purchased the Farmhouse brand guava jelly (as a gift) and am excited to present it along with the pineapple and a bottle of rosé. Fun little gift idea and they had all the goods. The parking would be the only thing I don't like, each time I've gone, I'm not sure I'm in the way of someone else trying to get in and maneuver around because the paved area isn't so paved and lots of large holes and it's on a corner so part of the time I feel like I'm on part of a sidewalk, but I don't really know...it's not marked. But that's ok. I tend to go when it's not so busy and haven't had any issue yet. I really like this place mainly because of the people!

When I walked over to put a few bags of soil in my cart, I noticed a lady was already there putting soil in her cart. As the two of us were loading bags into our carts, I noticed a Lowe's employee (Thomas)was standing right beside us. He did not offer to help us, he just watched. This is the customer service I received from my local Lowe's. What a horrible experience, clearly this employee needs to be trained to do his job properly. He should be helping people. Nearly $3,000 in Cabinets and Months of Frustration I…read morepurchased nearly $3,000 worth of standard, non-custom cabinets from Lowe's for a coffee bar. Unfortunately, the experience was filled with incorrectly manufactured products, delays, poor communication, and countless hours trying to get the issues resolved. The problems included: * The soft-close trash cabinet never worked properly. * The bottom drawer of the three-drawer cabinet was manufactured incorrectly and was missing the interior guide rails that were part of the design. * Missing face plate for the front of toe drawer. * The top drawer front was damaged during installation. Lowe's told me replacing it would not be a problem would order a replacement at no cost. What arrived were 2 different face panels with no practical way to install it without damaging the existing drawer. Instead of replacing the defective cabinets, Lowe's repeatedly sent replacement parts that never corrected the problems. Over the course of this project, I made no less than 15 trips to the store, exchanged numerous emails, and repeatedly followed up for updates. On multiple occasions, I was told by the store that I would receive a full refund and on the last store visit told they were just waiting on the manager to approve it. Based on those assurances, I continued working through their process while the issue dragged on and another month of finance payments come due. At least three of my follow-up requests went unanswered. When a resolution was finally offered, I was told my options were to either accept a $250 credit or uninstall and return all of the cabinets. After months of delays, defective products, installation costs, and countless hours invested, I found the $250 offer insulting. It did not come close to reflecting the time, inconvenience, and expense this situation caused. To receive a refund, I had to have all the cabinets removed so Lowe's could have someone pick them up. The pickup company provided only a few minutes' notice before arriving, adding yet another unnecessary inconvenience to an already frustrating experience. I understand that mistakes happen. What defines a company is how it resolves those mistakes. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of repeated delays, incomplete fixes, and a resolution that falls far short of what I believe is reasonable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lowe's.

Great selection and priced much better then the big box stores. They even provided fun festive photo ops. Helping us tie our tree to the car with a smile is def a plus. What a great family run business!!
