The truck was repair in a couple days. Any additional interface with the insurance company was taken care of by the shop. The truck was back to me two days before the promised date. Everything looks like nothing had ever happened. The tailgate adjustment did need to be tweaked. The shop got me back in immediately and performed the adjustment. That said, I am taking the time to write this review as Mena Ford did everything in their power to make a nightmare situation better. Was the turnaround time fast? No. Was there more to repair than we all initially expected? Definitely. Did the owners of this dealership personally ensure my son and I were safe and comfortable in a reliable vehicle until repairs on my vehicle were done? Absolutely and that means more than they will ever know. Some things to consider when you go to Mena Ford... This is a small town dealership so if you're expecting 50+ techs on staff and the experience at a big city dealership you're not going to get it. What you will get instead of impersonal big city service is the owners of the dealership and staff eagerly willing to hear your concerns and address them in the best way they can. They do truly care about if you're pleased, they want to be a dealership you return to for the long haul. They want to do what is right so that you and everyone you know return for life. Honestly that's not the vibe you really get at dealerships anymore so that's pretty cool in my book.
